“I frequent KFC about 3-4 times a month as my son loves fried chicken. I placed an order for pickup in 20 mins.This night it was extremely busy and we wernt able to wait longer for the food. I contacted the store and was gave a refund and to replace my food. Great customer service that was beyond what was expected.“

“Went to zaxbys tonight, when I got my food my wings were pretty hard so I went upfront and no one upfront acknowledged after making eye contact with me then an employee named Keilan came upfront to help me, he immediately said they’d remake my food fresh and was super kind. He made sure to give good customer service. I want to shout him out just becuase he seemed like the only employee there that was taking his job serious helping customers and cleaning around. I will say he is a hard worker! He definitely deserves some praise 🙏“

“Last 2 times the chicken tenders and mashed potatoes have been very hot, fresh and good. Now there have been a few times in the past that they were not up to par. But am focusing on overall visits. Very open and spacious dining room. Tea is a little too sweet but is still good. If they had lemons that would help. Will definitely go back.“
