“My sisters and I had a great experience at this location. Service was fast, the food was great, and the manager, Anne was on top of things. The young man, Nikee, that took our order was on top of things too. When there were no customers, he consistently found things to do like grabbing a broom to sweep, cleaning counters, and wiping down tables. He never sat still. The manager, Anne was the same way. She was hustling in the back with the staff helping prepare orders. Kudos to them both, and to Whataburger for having an excellent manager and staff member at the Gastonia location!“

“I probably eat at this location three or four times a week. The food is very consistent. The Waitstaff does a great job My only complaint Is that the tables are all sticky? It’s not because they’re not cleaned. I’m not sure if there’s it’s the products that are being used or that they’re old and need to be refinished.

“The best burger I’ve had in a really long time. They were so good and the burger tasted hot and fresh. Asked my wife if she wanted another and it was a hell yeah. Took my receipt with our order details on it back to the register and they said they were worried I had a complaint. Couldn’t be farther from the truth!!! Ordered 2 more and was completely sober-that’s how good they were.

“Food was great as always, garlic steak burger goes hard and the onions rings was a hit. But the drink machine ice never works always have to ask someone to get you some but it's been a year I know of that it's been like that. Other than that, one of the best fast food burgers you can ask for.“

“2nd & 3rd shift are excellent! Great service and always a friendly smile! Been the same way for years. Seems like a solid group of people. Can't go wrong pulling up for a bite. I can only imagine 1st shift is the same way.
