Food was good for fast food but I ordered 2 sauces for additional cost thru the drive-thru and when I got home 18 minutes later, I had zero sauces in my bag.
Eating out is a very rare treat that only happens a few times a year because of not only the price but the unhealthy aspect.
I understand human error, but I absolutely hate it when my order is incorrect or missing items! Especially with the cost of everything so high and with not finding out til I'm 20 minutes away...read full review

First time trying Steak ‘n Shake and my burger was incredible 9.5/10 very refreshing and looked it up it’s the healthiest fast food burger. Pretty impressed ngl. Food took a while and staff didn’t really even talk but the burger was insanely good!!! Worth it
There was black mold growing on the ceiling in the dining room and we had to move multiple times because of the smell.
