Prior to this, having visited more than a dozen Steak 'n Shake locations across the country, there were only two that had the quality of what a restaurant can and should be. After visiting this one, it is now three. Great quality food for the brand here. The waitresses and cashiers have been replaced with kiosks (sign of the times, but less workers helps to control quality and keep prices reasonable), and although we had to clean off our table a little bit on our dine-in try, customers being messy is not the fault of the workers. We did go at a reasonable time, as opposed to the last minute. The manager at this place is clearly doing something right.

I wanted a Milkshake so I pull up at the drive thu and no one answers. Look at the time it's 9:50pm and they close at 10pm. I see why they have a 3.7, TERRIBLE SERVICE. The cookout next door might get your order wrong after you say it four times but at least when someone pulls up they say something, DURING THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION, and don't walk around like they just closed at 9:30. There's still ten minutes left you can make a milkshake or two.

This place is just plain awful. There is no service just some kiosk that can't make the orders you want. Don't expect anything but a headache from this one. I will not be visiting this one again and if the others are the same way I will not visit them either. My family and I loved this place and I am truly disappointed.

Burger was severely overcooked, ordered extra garlic spread but received no spread at all, fries and onion rings were cold. Has definitely gone down hill last couple of times we've been here.

In line for 17min to get to the window and they said they are not taking any more orders for the night and it was 9:25p I asked if they closed at 10p and she said yes and were not taking any more orders for the night and turned the speaker off.

Fries were so salty! Guy who called out orders wasn’t loud and then looked annoyed that he had to repeat himself. Looked miserable.
