Why so slow? Not that many customers and we have been waiting for a while.
We had to wait at 3:00 on a Sunday. The chips were stale. Food was ok, but not the flavorful experience I expect at a Mexican restaurant.
They needed more people at the front. Had to wait a while to place our order. Got two breakfast platters and a pork chop biscuit. Once it was ready and we got to the table, we realized we weren’t given any silverware. Went to get it, and had to wait for that. As far as the food goes, the piece of country ham was smaller than the palm of my hand and was hard; not tender at all.

Based on the reviews, this Hardee’s location is known for clean restaurants and employees who provide great service. The staff try their best to understand issues and communicate well with colleagues to find a solution. The food is usually hot and delicious, and the employees are humorous people who make the experience worth the trip. Some specific employees, like Timmy, Sage, and Dayton, are amazing workers who get orders fast, and the food is bomb. Tyler and Ms. Abbey provided exceptional service after a long day. This location has a 100% health score, which is nearly impossible to achieve, and the health inspection ratings are constantly in the high 90’s to 100%. However, some reviews mention problems with the biscuits being hard and almost inedible, particularly the Maple biscuits. There was also a misunderstanding with an order involving a smart mouthed teenager who could not take an order properly. Despite these issues, many customers drive past other Hardees to come to this location.
