This was a call in order. When we got there, they were out of bread, but the dough was in the oven. My husband waited, and everyone was very polite and apologetic about the bread situation. Not sure what happened when I opened my sandwich the bread rosemary Italian was flat. Undercooked maybe, or maybe too cheesy, but I felt sick afterwards. Me and my wife visited this location for lunch. The employee (MIKE) greeted is when we came in with a big smile on his face. He was exubeantly cheerful. You could just tell he was happy to be there, and even happier to see us come in. I want to recognize this young man for his outstanding customer service. He truly made us feel welcomed. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks again MIKE.

Normally, I order from the one in hickory. After today, I regret not going to the one in hickory. I always get the same thing (buffalo cheesesteak in a bowl with extra meat, and cheese. I also asked for extra sauce on this instance) so I know how it's supposed to look. The portion of meat was definitely not even enough for a regular bowl, let alone extra meat.I pay extra for these things. Normally I have enough left over for a snack later.
