The vegetables they had out on the line had gone bad. Brown onions and brown/yellow lettuce. This could get someone sick and needs to be address by the management immediately.

This was a call in order. When we got there, they were out of bread, but the dough was in the oven. My husband waited, and everyone was very polite and apologetic about the bread situation. Not sure what happened when I opened my sandwich the bread rosemary Italian was flat. Undercooked maybe, or maybe too cheesy, but I felt sick afterwards. This was a 37 dollar meal for two small subs, chips, and a drink. Personally, you pay that kinda price you don't want to feel sick feeling afterwards.

Me and my wife visited this location for lunch. The employee (MIKE) greeted is when we came in with a big smile on his face. He was exubeantly cheerful. You could just tell he was happy to be there, and even happier to see us come in. I want to recognize this young man for his outstanding customer service. He truly made us feel welcomed. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks again MIKE.

Normally, I order from the one in hickory. After today, I regret not going to the one in hickory. I always get the same thing (buffalo cheesesteak in a bowl with extra meat, and cheese. I also asked for extra sauce on this instance) so I know how it's supposed to look. The portion of meat was definitely not even enough for a regular bowl, let alone extra meat.I pay extra for these things. Normally I have enough left over for a snack later. I was left feeling hungry after finishing the bowl. I order this a few times a month. I have never seen such a small amount of meat in a bowl. I even asked the nice girl at the register if it had extra meat. She hunted down the guy that made it and he said he put extra meat and sauce on it. If that's extra, its not worth coming back. I wasted money on this meal and it left a rotten taste in my mouth.
