7 Best Fast Food Restaurants near Granite Falls

“I went inside the Granite Falls Bojangles around 4 pm today for dine in. I went unacknowledged to order for 10 mins before I asked if there was a cashier for inside dining. I was told they were serving drive thru customers first and then they would take my order. I waited over 5 mins longer and left. If you are not going to take orders inside, leaving a customer over 15 mins by the cash register without taking their order, then close for inside dining. Take down the signs saying you are open for inside dining.“

“Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“

“The staff is great at this place. Would have given it 5 stars if it was for the problem I had w my cheese sticks. This is 3 times in a row the cheese sticks were not edible due to being burnt. Everything else was great. My order was available. They said it would be the wings were great, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only reason they r not getting 5 stars is because the cheese sticks only had a super thin layer of cheese all 3 times and we're extremely burnt all 3 times. They need to add alot more cheese and also calibrate the oven temperature and timer for them. I called the number listed to discuss the problem but was answered by the call center not the store and was hung up on the first time. The 2nd time I waited over 30mins to be able to talk to the staff at the store about the order. The call center needs to be done away with. It just causes more problems and the cheese sticks need twice the amount of cheese to prevent them from having a think black burnt crispy layer of grass.“
