“Great tasting for a papa John's store. Staff was very friendly and on top of everything. It is a easy place to access right off a main road without a bunch of traffic. It's located in a building that also has a convenience store and dollar general attached.“
“Some subways put their meat in little pre measured cups and you get barely anything for what you pay. THIS subway does it the way you are supposed to. They scoop the meat out and put it on. Much better bang for your buck and the meat is pre sauced (for teriyaki) which is WAY better than when they just put chicken strips and drizzle sauce on it. Crew at this subway, WAY TO GO. “So tonight we went to get supper after a couple weeks ago we had a terrible experience- tonight made up for it- we think the manager tonight was Joe and he hustled to right a wrong from a previous time- his staff was a bit chaotic (young kids) but he was kind and went above and beyond. “The staff is great at this place. Would have given it 5 stars if it was for the problem I had w my cheese sticks. This is 3 times in a row the cheese sticks were not edible due to being burnt. Everything else was great. My order was available. They said it would be the wings were great, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only reason they r not getting 5 stars is because the cheese sticks only had a super thin layer of cheese all 3 times and we're extremely burnt all 3 times. They need to add alot more cheese and also calibrate the oven temperature and timer for them. I called the number listed to discuss the problem but was answered by the call center not the store and was hung up on the first time. The 2nd time I waited over 30mins to be able to talk to the staff at the store about the order. The call center needs to be done away with. It just causes more problems and the cheese sticks need twice the amount of cheese to prevent them from having a think black burnt crispy layer of grass.“
“THIS WAS THE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD FROM HARDEES. So I show up early to my scheduled appointment to pick up my food by 30 minutes. Was greeted and they assured me they could go ahead and fix the food. Great. Food was ready fairly quickly but I reiterate my first statement! This food was amazing!“
“This store is under new management. There is alot to work on but they have assured me that they will continue to improve. It's worth giving them another chance I have already noticed alot of changes from cleanliness to food quality. They are working hard to show how grateful they are to the customers for there continued business. I will be going back to watch the changes happen.“
“Got all kinds of attitude manager because I used more than 1 coupon. I've been using several coupons at the same time at this location for almost a year and a couple of days ago I was forced to buy something else to use a second coupon. I've worked in restaurants and I still have friends who do. I know that's not how it works and was just trying to get me to not use the coupons.“
“It's McDonald's ,and given a few exceptions they are all pretty much the same these days and I have found that as with any national food chain it's all about the people who are working there and their commitment to doing a good job and actually caring about the product they present to the burger eating public, I have visited this establishment early in the morning for example and received exemplary service of both the food and employee attitudes ,but on the other side of the coin I've re-visited the very same joint on the same day after a shift change and found that the food and the conduct of the staff were unexeptional ,unskilled and quite frankly second rate.“
