“I am so grateful that I found this little spray called “calm me down Karen” in my Airbnb, this scent does something to my nervous system that literally comes me down! And then to find out that it comes And candles, different sizes from petite to larger also the body butter!
I’m an aesthetician and a skincare enthusiast for the past 30 years. This is the best body butter I’ve EVER put on my body(I’m 48 almost 49)even got My husband, the shave & cut also searching for years for him, he usually uses coconut oil or castor oil to help with his clothes shaves with him being a bodybuilder also… I cannot rave about this store and the owner enough!
Not only did he respond to my message promptly and I know that he’s coming out with his fall scents right now, but he took time to make a new badge to calm down caring for me that I was able to pick up within a week.
Here’s a picture of my order yesterday, I was so grateful. He also told me that there was a farmers market going on…we plan on making this our go to store/supplier for gifts, body care, candles sprays cute little knickknacks…

“Gigi’s parlor is delicious! We stopped by on a hot Sunday afternoon and the water ice for sure cooled us down! Kid friendly and the woman working was very kind. Gigis parlor is definitely a place you don’t want to miss out on!“

“Walk-up Dairy Queens are rare around here. We would give it five stars for its pure existence, but the customer service is almost always a little dead behind the eyes, so to speak. They also don’t use their windows effectively, creating a lot of crowding around the order window. If they used the other far window for serving like most walk-ups we’ve been to, it would make a huge difference.“

“It's funny; after reading pros and cons, I had a hard time with the cons. We have regularly gone to TCBY for all our 5 years here in Lenoir, and NEVER had a bad experience. The dialogue with the employees, especially the managers has always been pleasant and the sundaes, yogurt in the cups or cones always yummy. I love to pick up frozen drinks and take to my hairdresser or other friends as a gift. I also love to get gift cards. I will pick or select this place over a zillion other places. My favorites are any GF yogurt or ice cream with strawberries, minced nuts, fudge, and whipped cream, strawberries and cream shake, and fruitty smoothie. YOU ARE the BEST!!!“

“Best wedding cake ever! The sweetest lady there made our dream wedding cake! Not here to slander another business, but our original wedding cake came from another place and it was an absolute disaster. We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be! She was absolutely amazing, in customer service and in her baking/decorating abilities. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any types of cakes or cookies for special occasions. They will make sure it is what you want and make it look incredible!“

“Been eating here since I was a kid, food is pretty good, but is it just me or are the prices insane for what you're getting now? It didn't use to cost a whole family $60 to eat but now it does, and what happened to the homemade gravy? Why would they take that away? Gravy is a staple in the south and they are using store-bought? Nuh-uh unacceptable“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. “First time every trying this place. In some other customers was leaving in said they recommend the hamburgers. Bc they are really good. In they was exactly right, I got a cheeseburger combo with season fires as my side. In I normally can't eat a whole burger unless it's like McDonald's. But man I ate the whole thing. They get there meats fresh. In there open 7 day a week. 7am to 7pm Mon thru Friday and 7am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. In even though I got there 15 mins before closing they didnt rush me eating to get out of the building when it came to be closing time. But I did leave like 5 or 10 mins after 2. In the woman that took my order was supper nice. Will diffently be going back to try something different.“

“you to love a restaurant that when you order something that's not available (which is understandable) decides to act as though you never ordered. to make even better when you ask why you haven't received your order they allow it to go through knowing your items is unavailable so they can charge and refuse to refund your money when you refuse their idea of a substitute. I guess I should be grateful they offered a substitute instead of the last time I had an issue and just gave me what they wanted to instead.“
