It's funny; after reading pros and cons, I had a hard time with the cons. We have regularly gone to TCBY for all our 5 years here in Lenoir, and NEVER had a bad experience. The dialogue with the employees, especially the managers has always been pleasant and the sundaes, yogurt in the cups or cones always yummy. I love to pick up frozen drinks and take to my hairdresser or other friends as a gift. I also love to get gift cards. I will pick or select this place over a zillion other...read full review

These people are the best ! I drive 45 mins on the regular with my family to get their ice cream. They are the kindest and most appreciative of their customers. They seen hard times but made it.

We stop by here probably once a week or so and get some sweet treats. I recommend the banana splits, the hot fudge sundaes, and the sorbet fizz's. Everyone is super friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
