Walk-up Dairy Queens are rare around here. We would give it five stars for its pure existence, but the customer service is almost always a little dead behind the eyes, so to speak. They also don’t use their windows effectively, creating a lot of crowding around the order window. If they used the other far window for serving like most walk-ups we’ve been to, it would make a huge difference.
