The manager in the mornings is young. Yesterday an employee was rude when she took my order. I always order a frappe with a shot of espresso. Since this girl has been making them there’s little to no espresso. It’s like they make it and since they have to put more ice in it due to the espresso they only fill up a small cup which that’s probably why I’m not getting little espresso and pouring the rest down the drain. I ordered on the app to pick up in drive thru and paid ahead, I saw the drive thru line was long so I figured I'd go in to get my order since I only have 30 minutes for lunch, nope they argued and told me I had to switch it on the app from drive thru to inside which it wouldn't let me do, but they couldn't just get my food and hand it to me they had to argue and say they couldn't and make me wait 10 minutes and then do it anyway. Should have just handed it to me when I asked.

They need a manger in the morning to actually do their job and teach their employees to say thank you! The service has gone down hill in the last week. A girl taking money had more concern for my complaints than the manager that’s sad!!!
