“We had a pretty bad experience a few weeks ago, we're told to come back if our order wasn't refunded so we came back to make up for the experience. To say they made up for it is an understatement, they went above and beyond ensuring we got what we wanted with some extra. Shout out to the nightshift manager and the crew for servicing us with an excellent experience, all of this happened around 12:30am.“

“I ordered a medium iced coffee. I was given a small. I asked for the right size and was told that the iced coffee size was correct. Even tho on the cup is says it's for small iced coffee... I was in a hurry so didn't have time to argue. McChicken was cold. Usually don't have a problem at this location.“

“I love Buckos fish Friday. So today I had my fish sandwich turned into a wrap to lose some bread. Light lettuce and light tartar. It was the bomb!! Lettuce added a little extra crunch and Buckos tangy tartar set it off in that wrap. It was a big flounder burrito. Will be my go to when I want fish now !!! Thank you guys for always making food hot, fresh and amazingly tasty!!“

“Incredible! So many gluten free options, marked clearly on the menu. And FANTASTIC gluten free key lime pie! The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

“This is the second year we hosted our neighborhood holiday party at Shoals Grill. They have updated the private party room which was a nice surprise. We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We look forward to hosting our party again there in 2025.“

“I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“

“Was in area stopped in today for foot long combo. Absolutely best hot dogs in this area. I live 20 mile away and drive there often . And oh yes my hot dog had excellent "snap". Don't know what means but it has it!!best quick food around. Yes is also good.“

“BEST COOKOUT AROUND!!! I just moved to Iredell county from Hickory… i was convinced cookout just wasn’t very good. Now it’s one of my favorite places to eat because the food at this location hits every time. Kudos to the staff!! Everyone needs a raise!“

“Me and a large group came in after our kids sporting events to eat yesterday, we come every year and it’s always been good. The food was great and our server Tiffany was amazing, but they had that poor girl running around like crazy. I can only assume they didn’t have a bartender on shift because Tiffany had to pour all of our beers and I just felt terrible for her. Otherwise everything turned out great just think they need some more help and a bartender on shift.“

“The cheeseburgers here are the best in the world and they're big too! IMO They are so good. Every time we're in town we stop and get a burger and fry. We always eat in car under canopy. The one time I went in I wasn't thrilled by the lady at the counter but that won't stop me from eating their burgers.“

“Stopped here on our way through town and was overly impressed. We were greater by a man we assume is the manager, who chatted with us and asked us about our day. We have been driving for 8 hours and have another 6 to go and it just brightened up our trip. Food was great. Atmosphere was clean and simple, out of the way of the loud road and busyness.“

“Rhonda at this Hardee's location was a treat to hear and a pleasure to have serve us at the window when we drove through to grab something to eat during our travels. She was friendly and made our Hardee's experience smooth. as far as fast food restaurants go, I give this location five stars.“

“This is complicated but I’m just going to write it. Very long wait on food. I don’t think we got any refills on drinks. A couple reminders on missing drinks. I ordered off the allergen menu for the burger that doesn’t contain milk due to lactose intolerance which was the classic burger and it came with a big slice of American cheese on it. It took a very long time to get the burger. And a very long time to get the replacement burger. We were there over 3 hours and majority waiting on food. My husband commented his burger was drenched in grease.

My daughter is allergic to eggs and milk. This is the only restaurant for miles that has an allergen menu we can trust.
The waitress was nice and compassionate. She treated my daughter’s allergy with attention and care for her Tex bowl. The manager came out and apologized for the long wait. My daughter’s food was fine and no cross contamination, despite the wait times on food and the long awkward wait for my replacement burger. I think we didn’t get refills because our waitress was hustling the kitchen for our food. We were there for my daughter’s birthday and the whole team came out and sung happy birthday. A long wait for food is nothing compared to the care and compassion the Statesville team showed to our family. I think it is important to recognize that things can go wrong but they know and they were actively trying to correct it during their busiest time of the day. We didn’t have to call out what was wrong, they were first to say it and own it. Accountability is one thing you can’t find everywhere. And on top of that, my daughter was happy (censored her face as this is a public post). Thank you Applebees.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
