I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Solid Hardees. No complaints.
It's a pretty solid Hardee's.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's is a restaurant where the food is generally very good. The hand breaded chicken tenders are the best ever had, and the new milkshake is delicious. The sausage egg and cheese is also recommended. However, the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is kind, very nice, and professional, and the store is very clean. Other times, it seems like they do not want to take an order, which limits how often people go. The atmosphere needs a boost with an updated look. Overall, the drive-through can be on point, and the experience can be awesome, but the service is not always consistent.
