This morning (1/3/26) while traveling from Georgia to Virginia, I stopped at Chick-fil-A and ordered a #5 meal with an orange juice. Unfortunately, what I received was a cold bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin instead.

Your MORNING staff specifically needs to be completely replaced. Everyone.
- brunette (the last two mornings) can’t speak up at all into the speaker to take my order, is slow and lacks manners.
- girl at the window is ok - seems bothered when you ask for anything and shouldn’t be in the window if she can’t even smile.

This is the worst chick fil a you’ll ever go to and they don’t care. I was sitting in line it was very busy. The girls taking orders were conversing instead of focusing on moving the line along quickly breakfast was about to end so I placed a mobile order while in line.
