About Zaxby's

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular spot for a quick meal, known for its tasty salads, particularly the Asian salad. Customers appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru and mobile ordering, with many noting that orders are usually ready on time. However, experiences can vary. Some days, food is served hot and fresh, while other days, it may be cold or not up to standard, especially the fries, which could use more crispiness. The restaurant has faced issues with order accuracy, as several customers reported receiving incomplete orders. Customer service has also been highlighted as an area needing improvement, with instances of rushing customers and spills from poorly designed cups. Despite these concerns, Zaxbys remains a place where diners can enjoy a quick bite, though there's a call for better attention to detail and consistency in service.
