Terrible employee's are rude they never pay attention to the people in store and over all just rude
Wasn’t a fan of Burger King until I started coming to this location.
I’ve probably visited the Jake Alexander Burger King 20 times within the last year and every single item in every single order I’ve made has always been sooo fresh! Ive also never been given incorrect food. Order have always been correct. Staff are also very friendly. The other Salisbury location could take a few notes. 🤷

Customers have recently noted improvements, such as getting their orders quickly—sometimes in about 7 minutes—and having their orders correct. The food, however, has lost some of its flavor over the years, with the charcoal taste and grill smell fading. Despite this, some customers still find the food to be fantastic, especially when ordering through the app. The atmosphere can be quite lively and crazy, with some incidents involving difficult customers. Interestingly, some new menu items like the candy bacon Whopper and shake have been positively received, providing a surprising delight for many.
