As a frequent visitor to Zaxby's, I must share my disappointment with recent changes that have impacted my dining experience. Previously, I enjoyed their potato chips, but these were removed some time ago. My latest visit brought further letdowns: I attempted to order a large frosted lemonade, only to discover that it's now available exclusively in a small size, with no option for refills. To add to my dissatisfaction, I found that regular lemonade, a staple for my usual tea and lemonade blend, is no longer offered. Regrettably, these changes have led me to decide that I will be patronizing Chick-fil-A for my future dining needs.

This was a joke, and a very bad one at that, expensive as well! I could not believe how my meal came today. I realize it’s a pick up order, and you are busy at the lunch hour, but it is pure laziness and disrespectful that you DUMPED slaw into the to-go box and it ruined the entire meal. SOGGY Chicken, SOGGY French fries, soggy toast. I noticed the sign asking for POSITIVE feedback on Google Reviews, I hope you are pleased with mine. I deserve to receive a meal that is at the minimum fit to eat instead of ready for the slop heap

One of the best restaurants in town. I love going to Zaxby’s on Jake. My food is always hot and fresh.
Ordered through the drive through and then they got my order wrong… i didn’t notice until I got home. I called them and they told me to bring my receipt and the meal would just be replaced. I go back up there with my receipt and the manager gets upset and threatens to call the police over an exchange of food sitting right in the window.. meanwhile still taking orders
