Biscuitville Reviews
My name is Scott and I’ve been coming to Biscuitville in Salisbury NC on Jake Alexander Boulevard since I semi retired in August of 2023 every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I am not one to ever write a negative review as I understand the impact in can have on a place of business. But today the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. Biscuitville is a popular breakfast spot with a welcoming staff and a varied menu. The country steak biscuit is a favorite, served fresh and generously filled. The restaurant is clean, with friendly service and accommodating staff. The prices are reasonable, although some find other menu items expensive. The pancakes platter with sausage is a good option, but some feel that butter should be included with the biscuits. Regular customers appreciate the personalized service, with staff members remembering their names. The parking can be a challenge during busy times, a sign of the restaurant's popularity. Many visitors note that the food tastes good, with homemade biscuits being a highlight. The drive-thru can be slow, so patience is advised. Overall, Biscuitville offers a pleasant dining experience with tasty breakfast options and attentive staff.
