“I just want to say thank you so much to ****Crystal**** at the Davidson location near Charlotte off I-77 around exit 30 in North Carolina. She greeted me happily at 3am and served me the (no offense McDonald’s) most surprisingly good burger! I didn’t have low expectations either. It tasted even better than it looked, if that was possible. I truly felt like I was at a local craft burger joint getting an organic burger at dinner time right off the grill. But it was an incredible fast food joint at 3am. Y’all should get organic burgers by the way, even though yours did taste good, but that was probably mainly due to Crystal’s skills.“

“I love Buckos fish Friday. So today I had my fish sandwich turned into a wrap to lose some bread. Light lettuce and light tartar. It was the bomb!! Lettuce added a little extra crunch and Buckos tangy tartar set it off in that wrap. It was a big flounder burrito. Will be my go to when I want fish now !!! The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

I don’t understand why would 3.9 for this venue that is superb. I am a fan since day 1 but because I am a local and literally takes me 3 minutes to get there by car I took granted to post something about it. And I don’t review too many places. Each time we go we are happy with our food and service. I must say they have a great turnover of servers as they higher many young people for summer so often running into same server other than countable few that have been working there noone says “ you guys are back” but their managers do. Their managers have been there really long and they come around. Tonight was Darren, I see him long time now. And each time he greets us as if we are family. He is always super kind and hospitable. Kind of person every hospitality business should have. He makes sure the guests are 100% satisfied. Always cordial, always checks to see if all good. I love the Crab Louis salad with its fresh crab meat and micro greens, and gurmet other ingredients. I wish the lettuces are cut smaller. Sometimes each leaf is huge and you need to literally cut it 4-5 times. But so delicious I don’t mind the work. Tonight they were on the smaller size perheaps now it is like that. Small crab legs are awesome which they are out for now. Muscles are spiced just right for me. A bit spicy but that what makes it perfect for me. Every item in the menu is delicious. My son loves their spicy chicken sandwich. The view is stunning. You can dock your boat to their dock and boat gas is available right there too. Next table from us was from Denver and Hickory. Yes, it is worth the drive. ( their yacht club cocktail with mezcal is delicious always- though I did not have any tonight). Thank you sailors!“

“This is the second year we hosted our neighborhood holiday party at Shoals Grill. They have updated the private party room which was a nice surprise. We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We look forward to hosting our party again there in 2025.“

“Weird, no indoor seating allowed for some reason, as if was COVID all over again. Double plain cheeseburger but patties were burnt and crispy like fried crunchy bacon. Fries needed salt badly and because you could couldn't eat inside you had to leave before you knew that the food was bad enough I would have asked for it to be recooked fresh the right way. “I first went to Al's from a recommendation. It's in a somewhat out of the way location and I had to love the old Chevy sedan delivery parked out front. To make a long story short, I have been back there at least seven times! Everything on the menu is excellent. The service is great too. It's the kind of place where they remember what you like so you always feel welcomed and appreciated. Oh yeah - they are open every day of the year. If you are in the Cornelius area, go here and you'll be happy you did.“

“I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“
