“This was a delightful treat. The fellow behind the counter was very knowledgeable and kind. I think he may have been an owner as he told us about the plans to expand the Gelato case and the baked goods case. The Gelato BTW was perfect. We also shared a velvet cake and had a cocktail. It was all so yummy. It was great atmosphere and a nice break after a walk in historic statesville. It's a must visit.“

The decor and vibe is great… nice lighting and they always have good music playing in the background! Joanie is always welcoming and makes you feel at home! “This is tucked inside Ingles Supermarket, so that is the only time I come here - when I’m shopping. No worries though, I get stellar service no matter what. Their little kiosk/booth is spotless and the workers are always polite and full of smiles. I’ve never had a bad drink here. Always made quickly and to perfection. I highly recommend stopping here for a treat while shopping.“

I waited nearly half an hour outside before I finally went inside to check on my order. the FIRST THING I HEAR is the young lady on the expo line shouting at someone that they were stupid. young blonde girl with a clear attitude problem. my order had not even been started. so why would I reccomend this location? the 2 people who worked to fix my order were amazing. they were very sorry in which I told them it was absolutely okay and I was in no way upset by the wait. I get it. things happen. I am absolutely shocked by the level of disrespect that young lady was comfortable displaying in the work place and I'm concerned that she creates a hostile work environment for those who are actually trying to do their job.“
