“Everyone is always so kind here! Drinks are also delicious . I wanted to give a personal shoutout to Ariana. I was behind a car in drive thru who was being SO rude to her. Complaints on complaints. I was watching and listening to it all happen for at least 5 mins. RUDE lady!!
Ariana kept her composure and was very professional and kind. Ariana and the rest of the staff are awesome!! :) no complaints here“

“Guys please suspend the “on the go” option on the Dunkin app for your location. If you’re not going to have the lobby open for pick up, waiting in a line of 20 cars defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. P.S. I still love you and hope service gets figured out soon.“

There's just something about this location in particular that I love and always keeps me coming back to this specific location no matter what. The people are more friendly, they make better coffee, the inside and outside setting is exactly what you want. I always look forward to my coffee in the morning when I can come and it's the best when Shomonique is working. She makes it the best and always greets me when I come in. Definitely my favorite place to get coffee!!“

“I enjoy a good tea now and then, and Kung Fu makes a delightful tea. Here's the rub! I experienced sticker shock when my regular tea increased 20% in price. This is a luxury buy for me and not at all necessary. I will most likely cut out this purchase in the future. Something has to give.“

“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“

“Anniyah was super awesome in helping me with my order. She was very friendly, helpful and she knew how to build rapport. I’m in customer service and building rapport is important. I would visit this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter on 4701 Smith Farms Rd more often if I knew the days Anniyah would be there. You need more people like her and she deserves a raise.“

“I've yet to had a bad experience here, and I've been going off and on for over four years. Staff are always friendly, even if there is sometimes a language barrier, they are always quick to resolve problems. Food is pretty good, sometimes the bagels are a touch hard on the outside, but generally they're really fast. They also recently redid their lobby with some white paint.

Parking: They're in a shared mall type of deal, sometimes on weekends or busy mornings it might take a bit to find a spot.“

“I got a dozen for me and my friend and once we sat down we ate and all the sudden a person who worked there was making a large coffee and I guess they messed it up and give it to us for free she was really nice and I would definitely recommend coming here bc of how nice they are“
