“Everyone is always so kind here! Drinks are also delicious . I wanted to give a personal shoutout to Ariana. I was behind a car in drive thru who was being SO rude to her. Complaints on complaints. I was watching and listening to it all happen for at least 5 mins. RUDE lady!!

“Guys please suspend the “on the go” option on the Dunkin app for your location. If you’re not going to have the lobby open for pick up, waiting in a line of 20 cars defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. P.S. I still love you and hope service gets figured out soon.“

They use a mix instead of the syrup all other coffee shops use. Quaint environment and always exceptional service!“

There's just something about this location in particular that I love and always keeps me coming back to this specific location no matter what. The people are more friendly, they make better coffee, the inside and outside setting is exactly what you want. I always look forward to my coffee in the morning when I can come and it's the best when Shomonique is working. She makes it the best and always greets me when I come in. “Just got takeout but the beignets and donuts were good. Online ordering was poor, ended up having to use a third premium ordering service (and pay higher prices) because when I called to tell them their proprietary online ordering wasn’t working, they refused to take my order over the phone.“

“I enjoy a good tea now and then, and Kung Fu makes a delightful tea. Here's the rub! I experienced sticker shock when my regular tea increased 20% in price. This is a luxury buy for me and not at all necessary. I will most likely cut out this purchase in the future. Something has to give.“

“These are tied for my favorite donuts in the area. I have tried just about all the places in Mooresville and these always deliver. They have a great variety, I love the maple donuts and the real testament is when you can make a great regular glaze which they do. The employees are always so nice and friendly. They always keep me coming back!“

“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“

“I've yet to had a bad experience here, and I've been going off and on for over four years. Staff are always friendly, even if there is sometimes a language barrier, they are always quick to resolve problems. Food is pretty good, sometimes the bagels are a touch hard on the outside, but generally they're really fast. They also recently redid their lobby with some white paint.

Parking: They're in a shared mall type of deal, sometimes on weekends or busy mornings it might take a bit to find a spot.“
