Great experience every time i come there, the coffee is superb and I’d like to give a special shout out to one of baristas. Kim had impeccable customer service, and did everything in a timely manner.
I come here often, usually the huntersville location. But I want to write the review with hopes management sees my little gripe. I’m happy to sit in your pleasant space and enjoy your tasty (and expensive) coffee. But when I order espresso (or anything else) I don’t want a single use disposable cup. This really irks me. Their coffee is genuinely awesome. A lot of flavor! Love the options for how you want it brewed as well. I do wish they had a name or number system for the orders though, as I saw people grabbing other people's drinks that had been waiting for a while (clearly ordered same thing). I'm sure this is only an issue when they're pretty busy.
