It's honestly hit or miss for me. I go to this location probably to much but it's convenient and sometimes I need a coffee fix. One the days I work from home I grab a sesame bagel not toasted with veggie cream cheese on the side. It's always toasted and with cream cheese on it already and I have to toss it. Awesome service! I went to the wrong location for my mobile order which meant that my order was sitting at the correct location and getting cold. When I arrived at the correct location, they remade my order so that it was fresh and warm! As a small business owner I know the importance of cost of goods and time and the manager Michael did not hesitate to take care of me even though it was my fault! Kudos to the owner for empowering your staff to take care of people without hesitation!
