I had a very last minute rush order for my job in Cornelius. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and was able to work with me and guarantee my order will be ready just in time for the Easter egg hunt. The families loved the cookies that were freshly made for the occasion. I recommend everyone to coffee republic & bakery. Definitely will be coming back to get treats for my daughter 2nd birthday in April.
Cute coffee shop which Cornelius is lacking. However, they need real coffee mugs for those who like to sit have a coffee with a pastry. Great selection of pastries and baked goods , coffee was good and they have heavy cream. Will definitely come here often but will still push them to get real mugs.

This bakery was soooo good! I tried the chocolate beignet, strawberry beignet, caramel cookie, and chocolate chip cookie and you could tell they were fresh and the beignet's especially, just melted in my mouth. They even had little samples of a peanut butter cookie that was delicious. Did not try the coffee. The guy working there was super helpful and friendly. Will return!!
