“The internet says the store opens at 5:00 a.m. everyday the app let me place an order Saturday at 5:00 a.m. When I got to the store it was closed. The employee said they didn't open untill 6:00 a.m. I had to be at work at 6:00 a.m. so I did not get my food, they could not cancel my order and told me I had to contact customer service on the app to cancel. Very disappointed. The time needs to be changed on the internet and the app.“

“Ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. Showed them the design and the cupcakes were done very well. My only issue is that some of the cupcakes were lopsided and couldn’t be put on the cupcake stand I had brought. Everyone loved the cupcakes.“
