Amazing staff! Went above and beyond to make my coffee perfect on my birthday today!
This is the best Dunkin around! Always happy, always kind, and they get my order right everytime. (Unlike Statesville who is always out of sparkling water and gets my order mixed up. 😂) I'm so happy to be five minutes from here. Custom orders are always done right, and they once even gave me a free donut when they took too long.
I went through the drive thru this evening, 8/18/26 and was reminded as to why I no longer tip at this location.
The lady who was processing my payment watched me hit no tip, she reads it out loud and proceeds to mock me for doing so.
Experiences like this at this specific location is exactly why I don’t tip them anymore.
I don’t tip if I feel like I’m being bullied to do so.
