“I usually go to Starbucks at least once a week. However, this was my first time visiting this location. Well, this was by far the BEST version of my usual drink - Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato with 6 pumps. It's odd that the same drink will taste differently at each location, but if that's the least of my worries I'd say I'm doing pretty darn good. Thanks for making my morning :)“

“As of this current year, up until this morning, I was thrilled with this location. Being that I work in Clemmons, I used to frequent the Clemmons spot, but that location is absolutely awful. Nice baristas but the wait, and parking lot logistics are so very bad. I started to go out of my way, and used Cloverdale. For a long time, it was my favorite. Great baristas deliver yummy food & service. Then they started with a barista out in the drive through, which IMO, resulted in watery drinks and cold food. So, I started with Jonestown. Not as out of my way, but still backtracking. Anyway, great baristas and yummy food. I even got hit while waiting at the window, by the dude behind me. But even that, didn’t compare to today’s crappy visit. I don’t know where the regular crew were, and I understand that people have bad days, but when you work with the public directly, and you are the face people see before driving away, you really should be at your best and act happy with your job, or at the very least smile and be courteous. The guy seemed deflated and told me it was busy, though I have seen it way worse. I tried to make it better by smiling and attempting to chat, but he just stood there and didn’t engage. Then he handed me one bag, and said have a good day. I said I still needed another bag and a drink. He looked at me with a blank expression. I then looked into the bag, and didn’t see my sandwich. I notified him it was wrong and he didn’t seem concerned. I showed him the bag and he said, yea a bacon Gouda. I said yea but it’s sausage and cheddar, it’s wrong. Again, blank stare. Someone else came over, I repeat myself and that person looks in the bag and says oh they put sausage on it, and walks away. I say to original barista, they also put cheddar, it’s not the sandwich I ordered. He finally says oh yea we made the wrong one. Ugh. So he steps away and comes back with another bag (my bakery item). Hands it to me and says have a good day. I say, I am still waiting for the coffee and the correct sandwich. So he steps away again and hands me the correct sandwich, which looks like someone made it without and care - ciabatta is off the egg and bacon is dangling off the sandwich, fine whatever. I repeat about my coffee. He looks confused. I repeat my coffee order, he steps away, and then as he is handing it to me, he runs his hand all over the top of the lid, including the spout area 🤦🏻♀️ It started with ordering. I’ve ordered my coffee this way for years. A grande iced coffee - light ice - with caramel & cream, classic ok. But this time the barista didn’t understand and started asking me if I wanted caramel syrup or drizzle. I have no idea, no one has ever asked me?? Ugh. I’m not typically a complainer, I usually broadcast fabulous service and understand everyone has bad days. But, I don’t think I will return to this location, which doesn’t leave me with many other location options. Now I’m deflated and I’m heading into work. Will I let this crappy morning affect me? No, because I work with the public and that’s not how I roll.“

“Best Starbucks I’ve been to.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I came in with an order I received from another Starbucks- just to toss it. When I asked if they wanted me to dump it before tossing it the associate offered to remake it. I told her I would just reorder since it wasn’t their mistake. Once I got up to the register to reorder, they took my order and cleared out the charge. This was incredibly sweet of them. Now I will rather go to this Starbucks vs the original one that messed up my order.
Thank you team for your service and kindness. <3“

“I've been coming here for years with friends and family, and its always been such a favorite spot of mine. The fresh, hot, fried doughnuts are always a wonderful treat, and the service is usually pretty quick, although that depends on how many doughnuts you order. Please never close this place, I hope to continue coming here for years to come!“

“Stupendously great gelato! I've been spoiled by a now-closed (COVID) gelato shop in Charleston, SC, as well as one in Raleigh. I did my research, and have visited both locations of Cafe Gelato. Fantastic gelato, great people. Fortunately, if I go out of my way, it's right on my way. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!“

“a few years ago, my mom was having surgery at the hospital and i was there with her for a few days. now, keep in mind, i was around 12 at this time. i noticed there was a starbucks in the hospital and my dad bought me some iced coffee (this was in 2017 so i don’t remember what drink) because it was early. well, my sister came along later and recommended a drink to get. so i got another drink a couple minutes later. then my mom gives me money and i get yet another drink. it was like 10 in the morning and the worker didn’t question why this twelve year old was downing three venti coffees at that time. i don’t remember his name or much else about it, but i reminisce about those times every time i pass it.“

“Listen. I need everyone to understand something: I walked into The Peach Cobbler Factory as a normal human being with regular dopamine levels and a functioning sense of restraint. I walked OUT as a changed person—someone who now understands why people write poetry and why prophets went into the desert seeking visions.
That first bite? I heard angels. Not like metaphorical angels—I’m talking ACTUAL celestial beings harmonizing in the key of brown sugar. My taste buds didn’t just wake up; they threw a full-scale celebration complete with confetti cannons and a mariachi band.
The peach cobbler came to my table still warm, glistening under the lights like it had its own Instagram filter built in. I picked up my fork with the reverence of someone defusing a bomb, knowing my life was about to be divided into “Before Cobbler” and “After Cobbler” eras.
The crust? Buttery enough to make Paula Deen weep with pride. The peaches? So perfectly sweet and tender they must have been sung lullabies while growing. The cinnamon-sugar ratio? Scientifically perfect. I’m pretty sure NASA was involved.
I may have made sounds that I’m not proud of. The couple at the next table asked if I was okay. I was NOT okay—I was TRANSCENDENT. There’s a difference.
Do yourself a favor: go to The Peach Cobbler Factory. Bring stretchy pants. Bring your enemies so they can become friends over cobbler. Bring a signed waiver because this experience should probably be regulated by the FDA for being dangerously delicious.
I’m not saying this cobbler solved all my problems, but I’m also not NOT saying that.
10/10. Would sell my furniture for another slice.
Enjoy! 🍑✨“

“The cashier told me I was beautiful and it made my day! I was feeling terrible because I went to the doctor and they told me I didn’t look like my profile photo (I’ve gained 40 pounds after having a baby) and let me tell you, this girl just made my day. Shout out to the sweet cashier with black hair @ 11:45 on 11-3-20. Made me smile on a bad day, I appreciate it. ❤️ love this location (Reynolda road). Y’all keep being amazing!“

“I had my first issue with this location this morning. My friend surprised me with a Venti PSL & I was shocked to see it was only half full. So, she paid for a Venti & basically got a grande. People need to get what they pay for. Other than that, this Starbucks has always been great.“

“My go to for sure! Never had any problems here, albeit they’re human and may have messed my drink up one time cause people make mistakes.
But the people I’ve always had in the drive through were always so lovely and very nice! I just wanted to give a shout out to them“

“Get your coffee elsewhere. These people are DIRTY ASF. I was having sex with Rashard and it made the work environment AWKWARD. Rashards has a noteworthy ability to multitask at being a "stand up boss" while simultaneously gossiping about all his employees. Rashard, dedicated boss but DEADBEAT father to Dawson. A man who can't run his family should NEVER be trusted to run a store. Mediocre at everything EXCEPT making coffee. Nonetheless, I was informed he hired SEVERAL women he had sexual relationships with which explains the gossip and tension amongst coworkers. I let him use my coochie to warm his hands before he made y'all food so Y'ALL eating MY coochie. But here's the scoop about the actual location... The short, unfriendly, lazy, unwelcoming, extremely overweight employee Heather smells like excessive prolonged use of cigarettes. Oftentimes, I work with her from 6a-10a. I've never ONCE seen this albino leprechaun wash her hands. I watched her DIG HER BARE HAND in a customers cup to remove whip cream. To compliment the fact she's a health hazard, Heather is condescending and tactless in her encounters, refusing to address coworkers correctly by name, stating "Your name doesn't matter". If names don't matter, I suggest everyone call Heather the sloppy holographic PIG she looks like instead of what her progenitors thought to name her. Jayona spends too much time hiding in the bathroom and office on TikTok which unfortunately increases wait time and outs strain on newer employees. She's always complaining about her ankle and back and Rashard is tired of her not carrying her weight. Angel is an AMAZING employee. He's helpful and answers questions offering the upmost assistance. He's certainly an asset! (Update: He faked his mother's death to travel to Charlotte at another Dunkin location). Jen is great but she left to work at Burger King.“

“This McDonalds is no diff than any other one. They all have good and bad moments. i just get so irritated by the condiment waste. i ask for 1 pack ketchup, 1 pack of salt and 4 packs of pepper. i rcv 5 ketchup(i only have a hashbrown that i need it for) and 5 packs of salt, who would use that much salt( maybe i should take it home and pour the packs in my salt shaker) and 6 packs of pepper(which is fine, pepper doesn't go to waste with me). that kind of waste bothers me.“

“Staff was kind, polite and efficient.
My only complaint is the leaking cup.
This is the second time that I bought the largest size of coffee and the bottom leaks.
Don't know if it's just a flaw in the largest cup size. There is a half inch of coffee sitting in my car cupholder after my 2 hour drive.
Thanks.“
