“Walked in during a hot day in desperate need of a cold beverage. Kyle greeted me, very kind and fixed me a strawberry banana smoothie. So refreshing! Great atmosphere, wonder customer service, fair prices and large drink/snack variety. He accepted Apple Pay, cards, and cash (thank goodness because Apple Pay was all I had!). 10/10 will be coming back“

“People allowing their pets in the Store is disgusting. There was a guy who walked in with a very playful dog this morning and I almost cancelled my entire order because I am deathly allergic to dogs. It should be life and health over someone who can not seem to leave their pets at home. The staff is amazing at this location i just think this is not just the downfall of this establishment but all across the board.“

“I don’t normally go to Dunkin’ Donuts but today I decided to go through the drive-through and there was a young gentleman that placed my order at 9:45 AM on January 1 and he had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. He was smiling, Said thank you had all the right appropriate customer service techniques you really don’t see this anymore and honestly it kind of made my day. I don’t know his name, but well done!“

“I've been ti several McDonald's over my 30 years of life and yhis was the BEST one I have ever been to. Service was fast and kind food was out quickly and everything was hot it was great eceryone deserves a raise 12:30 crew on June 30th everyone deserves a raise seriously. 🙌“

“Overall, this is one of my favorite McDonald’s locations. The drive-thru is usually very fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the accuracy of my orders has been excellent. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve visited, I can only remember one minor mistake, which speaks highly of the team’s consistency.

The only reason I’m not giving a perfect experience is that, on some late-night visits, the greeting at the drive-thru speaker can come across as annoyed or impatient. It may not be intentional, but the tone sometimes makes it feel like customers are inconveniencing the employee. Once I get to the window, however, the staff have always been polite and professional.

Aside from that small issue, this location is well-run and dependable. The speed, food quality, and order accuracy keep me coming back, and I would definitely recommend it.“
