Sheila was an absolute delight to work with and I am thankful for the relationships she builds with her clients. “Walked in during a hot day in desperate need of a cold beverage. Kyle greeted me, very kind and fixed me a strawberry banana smoothie. So refreshing! Great atmosphere, wonder customer service, fair prices and large drink/snack variety. He accepted Apple Pay, cards, and cash (thank goodness because Apple Pay was all I had!). 10/10 will be coming back”

“The customer service is excellent. I had high hopes for the food, but was disappointed. I worked at an Italian restaurant growing up and have spent a lot of time in Italy. I wasn’t expecting authentic. In my opinion the crust lacked flavor, was tough and was undercooked in the center. A big turnoff for me was the sausage, it was white/gray in color and sliced like pepperoni. I thought this pizza was extra heavy on grease content. I would probably not return.”

“This was my second time there and I tried two different item. The biscuit pork chop egg was good the first time. And then the Ultimate breakfast waffle was the second time and that was delicious. Also surprisingly the coffee is good there!”

“Food was cold I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread was hard and chicken was not even Luke warm. I thought I would take myself out to eat since I'm on disability to a cheap place. They don't have the $1 sandwiches anymore so that tells you I haven't been in a while. Sad to know that McDonald's will do this. I can remember when the food use to be piping hot. Not this day, and the manger acted like I did something wrong by bring it back. Customer service sucks here. Don't eat at this one. Nasty attitude. Didn't even say she was sorry for the food being like that. It's like no one cares anymore. It's not only here with attitudes it's a lot of places. You can be so nice to people and then think they have a right to catch a attitude with you. Wrong person for that. I remained nice to her though. Oh yeah, and she had me to pull up and I no lie because I timed it I waited 35 minutes actually 37 minutes to be exactly and then she held the bag out the window and told me it's ready to back up. Lol”

“We ate breakfast today for the third time at Bagner and Alexa’s Cafe in Kernersville. It is now our favorite breakfast place to eat!! Everyone working there is just delightful! The food is scrumptious comfort food. We had a huge egg and cheese biscuit with chunky potatoes and they even put chopped onion with potatoes at our request!! A must eat location.”

“This place is great. We had a large delivery order and they got one of the pizzas wrong. I called and the person I spoke to was SO nice and they brought us the right pizza and quickly! I grew up in CT, and this pizza is as close at it gets. For people who really like pizza, you will not be disappointed!!!”

“Hadn't been there for a while. Food is still good and cooked with less oil than I remember. Prices are surprisingly still reasonable, much lower than K&W. Employees all low-key friendly. Reviewers expecting high-end restaurant seasoning and taste are being unreasonable and should go to a high-end restaurant (with its salt, sugar and oil). C&H does what it does beautifully.

Vegetarian options: Large salad selection as you enter line . Greens and other items in cooked veggies section. Actually, the main problem is resisting non-vegetarian items as you go through.

Parking: Folks seem hurried in parking lot.”

Isaiah noticed before anyone and immediately took action! Very pleased with how the mishap (on my families end) was taken care of by the staff. “I know this sounds odd but I want to encourage you to try out the Burger King in Kernersville (by Chick-fil-A and Walmart). They rarely have backed up lines and the food is always fresh. When they first opened I think we all shared a more negative judgment of the location but it has definitely changed. I now frequent there for breakfast and lunch and I'm always impressed with their attitudes, service and speed. Maybe hop out of that other long line and give them a try.”

I wasn’t even halfway done with it☹️ Just please make sure the cups are in good condition but otherwise I never had bad experiences at this place any other time”

“Found this place by accident while waiting on my Dad at the VA. Me and my sister love a diner and local joint, so we had no second thoughts. We loved it!! The pancakes 🥞 were delicious 😋. They reminded us of when our mom used to make those buttery pancakes with the crispy edges. (Yummy). Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be going back.”

If I ever go back I will just order noodle soup with no vegetables or chicken. The waitresses are very nice but I worry about what goes on in the kitchen. Their sanitary rating is low so the kitchen can't be too clean. There are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we will be trying.”
