“I visited Subway on a very busy day, and I was so impressed with the staff. Even though it was crowded, everyone was super nice, helpful, and very attentive to customers’ needs. “I go here around 2x a month, the staff is usually always friendly. Unfortunately, every single time I have gone they are out of something. Last time they were out of tomatoes, the time before they were out of bread bowls, and the time before that bread bowls and apples. The staff is great but i think the management and inventory count needs some work“

“We visit this restaurant at least once a week—sometimes twice—and every experience has been outstanding. The manager or owner (I’m not certain which) is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. His attention to guests truly sets the tone for the entire establishment. Our waitress, Emily, is without question one of the best servers in the Triad. She remembers our drinks and often even our regular orders—and we’re typically a group of ten. That level of attentiveness is rare. We never wait long for our food when she’s taking care of us, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The food itself is excellent. The sashimi is always fresh, and the sushi rolls are consistently well-prepared and flavorful. In many ways, it rivals Mizumi—with one major difference: the level of hospitality and customer care here is far superior. If I could offer one small suggestion to management, it would be to consider adding barbecue squid, pepper tuna, and perhaps a Crazy Beef Roll to the menu. Since you already offer squid, those additions would elevate the menu even further and make this place nearly perfect. That said, this has become our favorite sushi restaurant in the Triad. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, we’ve found our new home here for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and give them a try—the food and service are truly exceptional.“

“Our first time going there, and we surely had enjoyed their foods there. We ordered “Ja Jang Myeon”, “Bibimbap”, “Korean dumplings”, and some appetizers and a bowl of soup. Everything was so delicious and our 10-year old loved them too!
The owners are so nice and friendly, and we felt the restaurant was so comfy.

“I was in the mood for a messy, big, mouth watering burger & I got just that! I chose the Trucker's burger & loved it! How it was cooked along with the toppings all together made an explosion of great flavor ? Definitely worth the Food-Baby afterwards! Oh, don't forget to try the sweet potato fries, they're VERY tasty too!“

“Our family dropped in for dinner tonight about an hour before closing. “This chipotles on Bitters is my favorite. I love the staffs energy. I also love the fact that they give you your food with a smile and everyone has a nice personality. I enjoy the greet they give when i walk up. Also the food portion are reasonable, not measured by how you look like some of tje other location smh. And the food is always cook well, I mean done not hard under cooked rice like 1604 store. This location is awesome, the staff is welcoming and warm to all. Not just to a certain group of customers, again like 1604 location. Take notes other stores!! They know customer service at the Bitters location and I appreciate that.“

“Clearly I've been sleeping on this place the entire time lol...from the drive thru service to the window service I was not disappointed. The young lady taking my order was extremely patient considering my questions as a 1st time customer; kind is an understatement. The guy at the window was nice as well and very engaged, good attitude. He said he was only 1 of 2 working the entire store which was impressive. Got the baja chicken wrap, kale salad, and passion dragon smoothie. MY GOD...in the best way lol. Needless to say I will DEF be back. Only gripe is the drive thru box is too close to the dumpster and the smell was wayyy too much. Aside from that, legit 10/10👌🏾 take my money lol“
