Maya (spchk?) in the drive thru was GREAT! We went last night and I had 2 orders. The 1st was simple enough but the 2nd was modified a little plus my sisters took forever trying to figure out what they wanted. But Maya was sooo helpful! She was patient, kind, offered to help us find stuff on the menu, and didn’t get 1 thing wrong. So efficient and competent! She’s exactly what customer service is supposed to be.
Whoever was working tonight at 7:11 pm and made my food, thank you. Y’all put your heart into that. Best 5 layer I’ve had since I left Taco Bell 4 years ago. Exactly what I needed lol
