In all my years of having Cookout, I have NEVER eaten inside the restaurant....until now. The Log Cabin feel of the place made me feel cozy & as always the food was banging!! However....the service....was TOP NOTCH!! Literally the nicest,most considerate staff.If you have never had Cookout...start at this location!!!
Came after a poor experience with Walkertown Cookout 4/4/24. I placed the same order, which was $2 cheaper. Food was hot, and noticeably better than Walkertown.Can confirm Walkertown Cookout staff provides poor service to African Americans and overcharges us too. I recommend avoiding that location as Kernersville is better and more consistent.

They almost ALWAYS get my shake wrong or my order wrong… I have no clue as to why in the world the dining room hasn’t opened back up, I think it’s ridiculous that it’s STILL closed because of Covid!!
