“Chick-fil-A fries are the best fast food fries as far as I'm concerned and my grandson agrees! My husband liked the chicken & waffle sandwich and the nuggets are always so good. The vanilla shake is good and I've always had happy and friendly employees at various locations. There never seems to be chaos and craziness going on like I hear and see at other fast food establishments.“
“Just had a situation where I placed a breakfast order online, but I was stuck behind a couple of cars in the Mobile Thru line. Once I got to the window/door, I was told that breakfast was over. I just accepted the refund, but then Kara stepped out and wanted to offer any other options for me. It wasn’t just great Customer Service, but she went above and beyond just to be kind. And some days, that’s all it takes.“
