“I just went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru on my breaks from work, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Kendall and Evan! They were genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at Chick-fil-A, and they made my entire experience so much better.
They were both working on the tablets and were incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and helpful. They helped me navigate the menu and find something that would really spruce up my dinner, and they did it with such positive and welcoming attitudes. You could genuinely tell that they cared about making sure I had a good experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit because of them! Chick-fil-A is already known for great customer service, but Kendall and Evan truly went above and beyond. Big kudos to both of them—you guys deserve to be recognized! 💕“
“The customer service is excellent. The employees all respond to your requests with a smile, especially Allie and Brandon. I have been going to this Chick-fil-A since it opened and the food is consistently satisfactory. I love going to Chick-fil-A as I know there is a guarantee for the quick delivery of good food.
