Chick-fil-A in Mooresville

“Stopped to pickup some to go food. A bit of a wait because for the first 15 minutes I was there they only had one cashier. Eventually Katie came to the second register. Katie was a young lady who was very polite and personable. She took my order and then took my phone and let my wife place her order. Even though a young mother with a screaming 3 yr old and one on the way who had already placed her order but stood 3 feet away, Katie was very professional and got both orders exactly correct even though I told her right at the end I forgot to say no cheese on mine. It was a shirt wait and Katie came out and came over to the bench were I was waiting and gave me my irder and thanked me for stopping by Chick-fil-A and told me to have a wonderful day.“

“We were just passing through on a long road trip. Food was fresh. The play place was nice and clean and good for our two year old to let out some energy from being stuck in the car! Manager Don was VERY welcoming, was constantly checking on customers and ensuring the dining room was clean.“
