Chick-fil-A in Boone

“I had a breakfast order placed but I arrived after 10:30. I knew there might be a chance my pup and I would not get our chicken minis. I was disappointed but the nice lady in the drive through convinced me to try the new chicken and waffles which was still a good choice. I had a very lovely interaction with her. Upon getting my food, the bag seemed heavier than usual. They had given me chicken minis with a note letting me know the manager had found some! All was right again! Not only are my pup and I sharing chicken minis but the waffle sandwich was equally delicious! Thank you so much to the hard workers here and all they do with a smile! Best customer service comes from Boone.“

“So far so good after the renovations but the fruit cup that I got this time had spoiled apples. Besides that it's pretty great and I've had no other issues with my food. Line gets long during the lunch rush but the workers are great at what they do and get orders out very fast, so it's not a terribly long wait. If you're ok with not using your Appcard then I suggest getting the mobile app and placing your order through there to skip the ordering line.“
