“If there's one there's one thing I have to praise East Tennessee State University about, it's that they know how to take care of their students. This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located in a place where a lot of students pass by or socialize in. Not to mention it's open until 10PM making it ideal if you need a late night snack.“

“The manager David here is always so helpful. Today our Mac n chz wasn’t ready and he made sure that he took care of it and gave me free food coupons to make it better as well. They are always so busy, and we’re slammed today - and he still took the time to make sure a customer was ok.“
“I wish I could give MORE STARS!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! Jack was fantastic! Stopped in after a exhausting evening of dance practice to grab something quick and not only was it quick it was delicious. Food was great, and service was awesome. Jack was so friendly and funny. He actually helped alot with mentioning the app and the survey (totally worth downloading the app its great!!) Made my whole night much better! Will absolutely be stopping by here again love chick fil a especially this location!!“
“I visited specifically for the new chicken and waffle sandwich. How was it? Meh at best. The waffles were extremely soggy. The maple syrup or maple syrup flavor was there but very underwhelming. This is one time when CFA missed. This sandwich wasn't ready for prime time“
