“The manager David here is always so helpful. Today our Mac n chz wasn’t ready and he made sure that he took care of it and gave me free food coupons to make it better as well. They are always so busy, and we’re slammed today - and he still took the time to make sure a customer was ok.“

“If there's one there's one thing I have to praise East Tennessee State University about, it's that they know how to take care of their students. This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located in a place where a lot of students pass by or socialize in. Not to mention it's open until 10PM making it ideal if you need a late night snack.“
“I love Chic Fil A. The customers are always helpful & friendly, regardless of which location you visit. I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Chic Fil A and I eat there very often. If I'm eating out, it's almost always at Chick-fil-A bc it's one of only 3 (maybe 4) restaurants that I trust to be clean. I like that it's clean, friendly, you can dine in or out, or do take out. The bathrooms are always- ALWAYS -clean (and that is a HUGE factor in my love for ChicfilA). The food is always delicious. I can handle chic fil a food even when I'm sick or feeling bad bc they have delicious soup & grilled nuggets that are very easy on the stomach and very comforting. I LOVE the points system! I LOVE the app and being able to order from my table and I LOVE being surprised with free food gifts (and they always seem to come when I need them most!😃). I love that they serve Coke products. I love that you can get your tea anyway you want it - half sweet/ half diet/half lemonade / half diet lemonade - literally any concoction you want you can have. I love that they are closed on Sunday too! I love the waffle fries and the salads and the sauces - especially the chic-fil-a sauce!! I love that they encourage their employees to move up in the company and keep giving them raises, instead of topping them out at 12.50 with no chance for advancement. Chic fil a literally wants and encourages their employees to strive to be better and move up the corporate ladder. I love that the employees say,”my pleasure “ when they serve me with a smile. I love that the employees come to the table to see if they can get you anything else or throw your trash away. I love literally everything about chic fil a and it will continue to be my favorite restaurant for as long as it exists! I’m sure I could think of more things I love about Chic fil A but this is already so long…“
