“I wanted to share with y’all about two of your employees at this particular location that are so welcoming and friendly and they treat me like I am an old friend of the family. I visit this location daily for breakfast and sometimes for dinner. I have two locations that are closer to my home, but I choose to go to this one because of these two team members of yours, Marla and Morgan. They always make my day better when I see them. If I’m having a rough start to the morning they’re friendly chitchat, and smiles always make my day much better but again like I said these two are exceptional and I always go out of my way to see them at this location. I hope that they stick around with you guys for a long time because they are my favorites and I think they are people that I would want to hire and would want working for me if I were running my own business.“

By the time your done paying, even before I could my change put away, they were handing me my food!!! It was great!! Fast, convenient, and taste good, I especially like there fries, fresh and hot. “First time at Pals. Tried the chipped ham and unsweetened tea. The chipped ham was delicious. The ham played off the pickles and mayo just fine. I'd be tempted to add cheese next time if I wasn't watching the fat. Tea was perfect.“

“Kenzie and Susanna at the DQ in Grey TN went above and beyond to help a sweet old lady who fell outside, scraped her elbow and hit her head. They were fast to react with the medical kit they had and attended the lady until medical staff was able to get there! I was very impressed with the care and urgency they showed!“

“We always enjoy going to Jersey Mikes and getting our favorite Hoagie …but you know it is a special place when Becky remembers what kind of sandwich you get and she has not seen you in awhile ( she was on vacation !) Becky ALWAYS GREATS US LIKE FAMILY !! She makes us feel VERY SPECIAL when we drop in for lunch. We even got to meet her Mom and Dad a couple of months ago…and the friendliness of her family is AMAZING !! We sure do know what store we are going to when it is Jersey Mikes Day !! The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and FUN !!

“If there's one there's one thing I have to praise East Tennessee State University about, it's that they know how to take care of their students. This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located in a place where a lot of students pass by or socialize in. Not to mention it's open until 10PM making it ideal if you need a late night snack.“

“I am usually very happy with my orders. I went through the drive thru, ordered a small burger, No Mayo, No Ketchup and a Chocolate Malt. The malt is ALWAYS delicious. My burger was dried out and there was ketchup (looked like they tried to scrape it off) that soaked into bun. The order was correct on my print out. Will not order that burger again. The young man at the window was very polite as always.“

“So this Long Johns is my little hidden gem. The reason the atmosphere is 4 star is not their fault, so I give 5 stars overall. The restaurant sits in a not so great area. Your not going to get stabbed or anything like that. You might need to get new rims for your car. The pot holes are insane! I scratched my rim on the curb trying to dodge a pot hole. Plus, the restaurant sits in an abandoned mall parking lot which attracts a different crowd.
Now! For the fun part. I have been three times now and the food will burn your tongue everytime! Love the girls that work there. They never mess my order up and it's always so fresh. They always have the best hush puppies. Those puppies actually bark. 😆 I really want to keep this place as my own. If they get the potholes fixed I might have to wait for my food. Thanks guys.“

“We were very satisfied with our experience at this subway yesterday afternoon, not only did the employee place our sandwiches each in a separate basket so that we would know which one is which but everything was fresh including our bread and this was the cleanest subway I've ever been to in tri cities.“

“So I have been to this location MANY times and its always good. Ya know...workers are always nice and friendly. Today when trying to order the person working there spoke low and near mumbled,(sounded PO'd they were being bothered) but got it done. Pull to window and the guy mumbles total I handed card,he shoves drinks and card out window closes it and walks off. Didn't think much of it. He then pops open window shoves bog out and before I could ask for horsey and arbys sauce window half closed and he had walked off. I sat there. Watched a lady pick her fingernails,one person went back and forth laughing(did have a bag.looked to be only half happy person working) then the guy walks to window sees me (looks right at me) turns and walks off. I continue to sit there til he walks back u makes a face and says yeah. I explained sorry I need sauces. He rolls eyes grabs it and shoves out window.As I try to say thank you he is rolling eyes and walking off. Not Kool. If you are too good to do your job OR that miserable seek life elsewhere.“

“Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! “They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“

Tried to get a sandwich last Saturday at about 2:00 pm and again today at roughly the same time, and they were out of French bread on both days. So, on both occasions my husband and I went elsewhere for lunch. Not sure what’s going on, but how does a sandwich shop not have bread prepared on two consecutive Saturdays?“
