They cooked my food right in front of me not just one item every single thing that was in my order was cooked fresh my burger, my fries, and even my shake were all made right before my eyes. The food is absolutely immaculate and it cannot be beat by any other burger joint in this area. “I have only been to this location a handful of times but it seems to be hit or miss depending on who is on shift. Sometimes the parties are so overcooked they seem microwaved and in one instance I got a burger so salty that I genuinely believe the lid to the salt shaker had fallen off while seasoning the patty and they sent it out regardless. However, it is still a Pal's so it's a solid burger joint.“

“Every time I order a hamburger they ask me do I want cheese. They could make more money by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. I have enough sense to say cheeseburger. Plus it will help the drive thru by saving time by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. Cause if they ask Two hundred people if the want cheese, that probably took up two hours of time in the drive thru service.“

“Kenzie and Susanna at the DQ in Grey TN went above and beyond to help a sweet old lady who fell outside, scraped her elbow and hit her head. They were fast to react with the medical kit they had and attended the lady until medical staff was able to get there! I was very impressed with the care and urgency they showed!“

“If there's one there's one thing I have to praise East Tennessee State University about, it's that they know how to take care of their students. This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located in a place where a lot of students pass by or socialize in. Not to mention it's open until 10PM making it ideal if you need a late night snack.“

Today when trying to order the person working there spoke low and near mumbled,(sounded PO'd they were being bothered) but got it done. Pull to window and the guy mumbles total I handed card,he shoves drinks and card out window closes it and walks off. Didn't think much of it. He then pops open window shoves bog out and before I could ask for horsey and arbys sauce window half closed and he had walked off. I sat there. Watched a lady pick her fingernails,one person went back and forth laughing(did have a bag.looked to be only half happy person working) then the guy walks to window sees me (looks right at me) turns and walks off. I continue to sit there til he walks back u makes a face and says yeah. I explained sorry I need sauces. He rolls eyes grabs it and shoves out window.As I try to say thank you he is rolling eyes and walking off. Not Kool. If you are too good to do your job OR that miserable seek life elsewhere.“

“I ordered a delivery fron here and they didn't have a fish sandwich or one of my drinks available and they called me and asked if I wanted a substitute which i was agreeable to after I received my order with substitutions I noticed they gave me a free apple pie cobbler which I thought was really generous. Thank you Krystal and doordash for helping me and being so kind. I will definitely order from this restaurant again.“

“I am leaving a five star review because Jersey Mike's has Never made a bad sub for my family. Always delicious. Although I bought subs at this location and my entire family was sick for 24 hours. I won't go into details but we were very sick. We all had turkey subs....so....“

“They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“

“Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“Order taker could not understand us when we said we wanted the House Special. We even said it was at the bottom of the list, but she said she could not see the menu. I then listed the toppings and she still didn't know. She finally said, oh you mean the Cook Out special and wrung up the wrong item. It came quickly and she brought it to us. We didn't know until we were down the highway that the order was wrong. Still, it was a good burger, just not what we asked for.“

Tried to get a sandwich last Saturday at about 2:00 pm and again today at roughly the same time, and they were out of French bread on both days. So, on both occasions my husband and I went elsewhere for lunch. Not sure what’s going on, but how does a sandwich shop not have bread prepared on two consecutive Saturdays?“

“We ordered Burger King yesterday and went with two Whoppers—and with the recent revamp, they seriously exceeded expectations.

The burgers came out fresh, hot, and built right. The flame-grilled flavor really stood out, and everything tasted balanced and on point. You can tell they’ve stepped things up—the Whopper just hits different now in the best way possible.

The sides didn’t miss either. The onion rings and fries were both hot and crispy, exactly how they should be, which made the whole meal come together.

Overall, this was one of the better fast food experiences we’ve had in a while. If this is the new standard for Burger King, they’re definitely heading in the right direction.“
