“I stopped at the wrong Pal's to get the Peanut Butter milkshake so made a detour to hit this one and got it. Picked up. Jr Burger too. The shake was great. So was the burger. If you want the Peanut Butter shake, make sure you're at the right Pal's they all don't carry it. Quick friendly service.“

For instance, Weber City VA Pals said they were not allowed to cook cheddar rounds with xtra heat even though I’ve gotten it there before ? “I order a 2 foot longs, Tuna sandwich and a wrap. Food is excellent. I really like the way they placed the sandwich and wrap in the cooler. Till I showed up for pickup. Others would just wrap it up in the bag and leave it at room temperature.

Jersey Mikes crew on North Eastman Road, Kingsport. This store has the best crew anywhere. Great people who take pride in their place of business. They are fantastic, every one of them. “My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.“

“I give this Arbys a 5 star rating because of the people who work there.
The food is on the upper end of the fast food world for quality and price, but it will always be fast food.
The SERVICE has always been way above average for any fast food restaurant.
I am sure part of it is the volume is lower than other brands, so there is not the huge push for speed. But I have found ALL of the employees over the past 5 YEARS have been friendly and helpful in this business.“

“This is a new Taco Bell. When it first opened, the orders usually had something wrong with them (three times in a row) but it has improved a lot. We recently went there on June 1, 2026, sometime after 5 p.m. and before 9 pm, and the place was spotless, the service was impeccable, and the order was perfect. (Food, meh, it's Taco Bell.) Five stars for service and cleanliness. Not only did I pull up in a handicap spot and have someone open the door, but everything was well-stocked, and the packets of sauce were even impressively organized in the proper containers. (I wish I took a picture.) The food came out super fast and was hot when I received it. Nothing was wrong with the order. I was impressed. Great improvement. Great team.“

“When ever I come here for personal pickup or food delivery thru Doordash. The place is pretty good with its typical drive in. I wish the stalls would be a little larger for larger cars.
I also wish they post a sign reminding drivers to turn off their head light/Fog lights. Its so rude that driver can not turn the headlights/foglights off.

“The Blizzards we bought were so good and cold. It really hit the spot on these hot days we have been having lately. Our food was nice and hot & fresh and tasted so great. I went thru the drive thru when I bought these meals to-go. I was in a bit of a hurry that day, but they had my order out the window to me in a flash and had me on my way fast. I was very pleased. Especially when my order was correct too. I didn't have to wait long at all for it at all. I love Dairy Queen's food, their ice cream sundaes, and all of their milk shakes. Great job Dairy Queen!!“

“I haven't ordered the chalupas in a while because every time I used to order them the actual chalupa bread would be really hard and stale however that wasn't the case this time I ordered a chicken chalupa with just chicken and cheese and added nacho cheese. When I open it up I noticed the chalupa didn't feel hard like it did in the past. “I do a lot of food reviews and have been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and I have to say this was one of the better ones. My chalupa was super soft and fluffy. When usually they are hard at every other location. The only thing they missed up on as to why they got a two for service is several of our items were made incorrectly and the atmosphere they have a lot of seating and a lot of outdoor seating so it was really nice.“

“Very good prices for the amount of food you get. Tons and tons of options. There were not too many people eating inside when I was there. Only complaint I might have and not really a complaint. The menu has alot of choices on it and items are in weird spots. But again its not a knock on the place“
