“Me and my family eat at Hardee’s every Sunday morning, it’s a tradition we started when our daughter was a child. Since we gave one in Blountville now it is closer to us and that’s where we go. We all have come to love the ladies who work there. They are sweet and friendly. We usually always get gravy and biscuits it’s always good and hot.“

My roast beef sandwich was so tasty and the potatoes cakes were hot and fresh. I was in a hurry so I used the drive thru and it was lightning fast. The lady at the window was even smiling. Now that's rare nowadays because most people don't provide great customer service. Way to go Arby's!! This location just hit a grandslam!!!“

“I've came to this location plenty. The staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and respectful to me, but I will say I have seen them talk to other employees in a tense manner. None the less, If I have ever had an issue it was always handled properly, respectfully, and quickly. This is definitely the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Thank you to those who work there:)“
