“I love dairy cup! I’m pretty much a regular and I love the service I get…but the fries are hit or miss. Some days they’re amazing and days like today…not good. It’s like they’re over done and just not fresh and I ask for extra salt and there wasn’t hardly any on here…I just love these fries! I just wish I loved them every visit…“

“We had an online order a little over a week ago and we were short a few pieces of chicken tenders, so I called the Mount Carmel, TN store and I asked for the manager. The manager, Preston Williams came on the phone and I explained that we were short a few pieces of the chicken and he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would like to make it right and said that he would like to give me free of charge more chicken and I said thank you that would be great. We went back last night and he was there and I told him who I was and he was very nice and said he would make us our chicken. Well we were eating our food that we had ordered and he brings us our fresh made chicken and again apologized and asked if everything was okay, it was great. The people at this Hardee's are really sweet people from the counter person to the manager. The place was very clean also. We will definitely be back in to eat and say hello. Thanks Hardee's.“

“I stopped at the wrong Pal's to get the Peanut Butter milkshake so made a detour to hit this one and got it. Picked up. Jr Burger too. The shake was great. So was the burger. If you want the Peanut Butter shake, make sure you're at the right Pal's they all don't carry it. Quick friendly service.“

“Best club sandwich. Thing was a beast. Substituted tomato with onion and any other restaurant will give you like 3 strands of onion, they give me 2 full slices each layer and it was phenomenal. Thick cut bacon on each layer etc. Annoyed that I've lived in Gate city for years and never bothered to stop in until the other day. And the home fries with seasoned salt in jars at the table topped off the perfection. Will definitely be returning.“

Jersey Mikes crew on North Eastman Road, Kingsport. This store has the best crew anywhere. Great people who take pride in their place of business. They are fantastic, every one of them. “My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.“

“This is a new Taco Bell. When it first opened, the orders usually had something wrong with them (three times in a row) but it has improved a lot. We recently went there on June 1, 2026, sometime after 5 p.m. and before 9 pm, and the place was spotless, the service was impeccable, and the order was perfect. (Food, meh, it's Taco Bell.) Five stars for service and cleanliness. Not only did I pull up in a handicap spot and have someone open the door, but everything was well-stocked, and the packets of sauce were even impressively organized in the proper containers. When usually they are hard at every other location. “Very good prices for the amount of food you get. Tons and tons of options. There were not too many people eating inside when I was there. Only complaint I might have and not really a complaint. I have another pizza hut closer to my house but moving forward I will be driving 15 mins just to come to this location because of the manager celine and staff marie service!
