Pals needs to have deal options and make an APP so people can place orders on their phone and just pick it up. It saves time. Cheddar ROUNDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY!!!“

“The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because when they gave me my order I had an item missing and had to tell them. Then I get out to the car and realized there was another item missing so I had to go back in and have them fix it. Besides that they were extra nice and apologetic about messing it up.“

“There was a line from the drive thru window to the front of the store waiting on food. I paid $30. For two platters, no drinks. I got home and some of my order was missing from both platters. Always something left out. I don't mind the wait least I know the food is hot but please put everything in my order. Both claws was left out.“
