“Hesitant on patronizing this establishment based on the continuous long line every time I passed by. Glad I stopped for lunch! The auto line was handled properly and took no time at all! The employees were extremely kind, and the food was fresh! Will be going back often!!!“

“The food is very good to! It is very quick paste. When you have one of the staff in front of you make sure you get your ketchup mustard utensils everything right then because it is kind of hard to get back in line or get their attention afterwards. Like I said it is very fast-paced!“

“We finally came here last night for the first time and I'm kicking myself that it took so long! Everything was amazing and we can't wait to come back. We got the bruschetta, chicken parmesan, and spicy bowtie meatball pasta. The portions were huge with plenty to take home for leftovers (which heated up well!) l The bruschetta was amazing and packed with tomatoes and the bread was so soft and flavorful. My husband got the chicken parmesan and I tried a little piece - I'm not really a chicken fan but it was very good and the breading was phenomenal. The meatballs in my pasta are the best in town and I can't wait to try them on a sub - the seasoning is perfect! Spicy marinara can be hit or miss because sometimes it seems overly spicy for the sake of being hot, but Casa's is so good and the spice really adds to the flavor and packs a punch without being overpowering. I'm shocked to see that there are some poor reviews on this page - this is probably the best restaurant in town that we've tried in three years of living here and we will definitely be back!“

“I have went to cookout thru drive thru several times, but most of the time I only get one of their delicious shakes!!!! They are amazing & served exactly the way I order them!!! The employees are always friendly & courteous!!! I have only ate from their main menu 1 time & it was great!!! I ordered the burger & fries with a diet soda. It was fresh & hot!!! “I love gyros and have eaten many from Greek diners in NY. This one had the most meat of any I have had. The meat was good, but a bit overcooked and dry. The copious tzatziki helped that situation, though! Most gyros have a little lettuce at least - this had none. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Overall I really enjoyed it. My husband liked his plain Philly cheesesteak a lot. I LOVED the thick and fluffy texture of the fries, though they needed (I can’t believe I’m saying this) salt. They appeared to have seasoning, but still lacked something. Once I put ketchup on them, they were amazing. I hope to come back and try the falafel and another gyro if they stay open. People in Greeneville flock to Pal’s but don’t seem as excited about “ethnic” food. I took one star off for service because the microphone is hard to understand.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

Beginning with this store in particular, I want to call out Kaylee, Susan (who greeted me at the door with a welcoming smile) and Catlyn), one manager Guadalupe exuded the type of personality which probably uses the words “we will” and “let us” much more than “you will” … which is the sign of good judgment when selecting good stewards for this organizations many franchises. I think these people a definite net positive for Chick-fil-a!!!. Lead restaurant director Bill? I watched him personally interact in a positive way with clients seated at a table and seating….look for this at any other restaurant, fast food establishment, or name the business ?…a rarity.

The older Bald Black Gentleman whose name was Troy, Let me know that he had some fresh fries on the way up! He then served me out in a dining area with a smile and was such a pleasure to talk to. “I ordered my food online and by the time I made it there the website said it was ready. However when I entered the building it was very busy. Even with the amount of people in there, one of the workers in the back was able to help assist and I got my food in a timely manner. Afterwards,I drove home about 25 minutes away and then ate and the food was still really good.“

“I had a great Reuben: it was good tasting, the bread was firm with great texture: it was nicely wrapped and well sauced. The fries were freshly fried and not soggy at all. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. She checked on us and removed our tray and trash. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The dining room can use a remodel or at least a refresh. It is tired and dated. The staff and the well prepared food makes this Arby's good. A nicer dining area would make it great“

“The bar was immaculate with piled veggies in each bowl that were freshly cut. I didn't get the employees names but 3/9/26 around 5:30 pm they were rocking it! With the lack of customer service on Andrew Johnson highway, we need more employees like this.“
