“This is absolutely one of my most favorite places to go eat at in Newport, it's by far the cleanest facility out of the many fast food choices we have in town! The facility there couldn't get any better, they are always very nice, patient & they're constantly working hard to provide me and my family with the best service! The manager there makes sure that the employees keep the condiments stocked, the store is always emaculently clean & I can honestly say that the customer service there is incredible, if u receive ur order incorrectly all u have to do is make the Manager/shift leader aware of the issue and it's fixed immediately without any hesitation! Everyone there serves you with a smile and it's also a very welcoming environment, me and my family could sit in there for hours just chatting or simply just scrolling through our phones & always feel at home honestly, the food is always fresh and steaming when you receive it, the sweet tea is my most favorite out of any place that we are able to go grab a gallon from, I honestly could go on and on but I'm sure what I'm trying to say is pretty clear, it's a great place with great customer service, fresh food, cleanliness & hospitality, it's for sure worth getting the family out of the house for! 💚💯“

“I haven't had fast food in a while but Wendy's didn't disappoint. I walked in a little after 2pm. There were several people sitting and eating but it wasn't busy, with the exception being the drive-thru, but not only did I get my meal fast, but the cashier was extremely friendly and the food was great. Dave's single with cheese hit the spot and everything from the bun to the lettuce was crisp and fresh while the burger was juicy and delicious. The fries didn't disappoint either and a peach coke to wash it down hit the spot.“

“First time here. Tanner was very patient and helpful during the whole transaction.
I was asking about the salad and wanted to make sure my salad didn't have the bread on the salad, since I have an allergy to Gluten. He made sure to also take off the fried onions so I was safe and also went straight back to his manager and cooks before completing the order, so everyone knew about the allergy.
He bagged our food separately as well.

“While fast food restaurants in Newport, TN are often a gamble, we have consistently had great food and service from this Burger King. Tonight we ordered Whopper's. It was the first time in over a year because the last whopper I had just wasn't good. Tonight's was a game changer, it actually was the good tasting not soggy Whopper from 20+ years ago. Great job! This put that new sandwich from the place across the street that I had to wait 30 minutes for to shame.“

“I ordered last night, delivery. I ordered a medium pizza. Pizza was dry, hard and I ordered black olives, onions, pineapples and bacon. It was $25.00 and I could not find anything I ordered on the pizza, I gave it to a neighbor and they fed it to the squirrels. I know everyone is having a hard time but .. it just aggravated me what I paid and could not eat it.“
