The food is good, it tastes good, and it has a very special atmosphere, simply by listening to the music that has a biblical message. It would be better if all of its employees knew the true meaning of the Bible and put it into practice every day.“

“It was great to see an A&W restaurant. We were heading home from Dollywood and caught it out of the corner of my eye. My wife got so excited, I had to make a u turn and head back .
Young man was very friendly. Can't beat a good frosty A&W root beer.“

“I have one complaint. I went into the women’s restroom and they was no hook on which to hang my purse in the stall. The door does not lock so leaving it outside the toilet stall is not an option. I am not setting it on the baby changing table for obvious reasons and zi am not setting it on the floor . There needs to be a place to put a hook to hang handbags, jackets or other items while using the toilet. Please ask the manager to get this done ASAP. We eat there often and it would be very helpful and sanitary for there to be a hook install on the wall between the changing table and corner or next door to the door opening on the inside. Thank you“

“It’s a real Long John Silver’s, not one that’s half a Taco Bell or a KFC. Those hybrid ones are gross with the stuff all fried in the same grease and tainting the taste of the fish, crumbs, and fries. But this one is a stand-alone like they all used to be, so you can get delicious food here. Please come eat here and enjoy food like you remember.“

“Woman on her phone several minutes before waiting on us. Several mistakes being made in the kitchen. Maybe workers should know English when they are hired. Total chaos in kitchen area. Asked woman behind counter who had stood there doing nothing for a long time for unsweet tea. She gave me sweet tea. I said this is sweet tea I want unsweet, which then she argued that I told her sweet. The woman was on her phone most of the time we were there. Tried to get refill on hi c, she totally ignored me. I had another girl get it for me. While waiting a Hispanic girl said "mira", which means look, and she gave the finger to someone in the kitchen. I don't know who is in charge, but they should not allow this to go on.

“Crunchy tasteless chicken and really good sides. I also ordered the peach cobbler. It was a biscuit with about a tablespoon of peach preserves on top. That was very disappointing. I’ll stick to their breakfast menu from now on.“

“I've eaten at 100+ taco bells in my lifetime. This one is hands down the best one in the country. They have never made a mistake on my order. They make the food right no skimping. The staff is downright awesome.

The only bad thing I can say is the line can be insanely long (20+ mins), but I'll still wait cause this one is in a league of its own compared to the other taco bells in the county.“

“Had a medium Thanksgiving turkey sub for lunch.
It was surprisingly good. The turkey tasted like hand carved. Very moist. The stuffing had a good flavor to it and the mayonnaise blended very nicely. I did not get cranberry sauce simply because I do not like it. I will definitely get it again.“

“At first, I was frustrated with how long I was asked to wait at the speaker in the drive-through, especially when someone started honking behind me, but when I got to the window they apologized and explained what caused the wait. Just knowing that you are not being ignored goes a long way. The workers were extremely nice.“

“I wasn’t so sure about this place, but after a long day at Dollywood; I thought I’d give it a try and man was it good! The bun was crunchy and perfectly soft at the same time, the cheese was so good, the pickles were just perfect, and the patty was to die for. The service was absolutely incredible, and the place was clean and felt like a classic burger joint. It’s very cheap too. A must try.“
