“Our first time and we loved it! The best tators ever! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Fries 🍟 are skinny, crispy, salty deliciousness. 😋 We had the bacon cheeseburgers 🍔 that were yummy, and the kiddo had chicken strips. All was really good. The kids meal came with a scoop of frozen custard! We had the chocolate - so sweet and smooth. 🍦“

“Our lunch was soo good. The only thing we can complain about is: the side walk and parking spots were not shoveled. I slipped many times getting to the front door. It would only take 14 mins. “It’s a real Long John Silver’s, not one that’s half a Taco Bell or a KFC. Those hybrid ones are gross with the stuff all fried in the same grease and tainting the taste of the fish, crumbs, and fries. But this one is a stand-alone like they all used to be, so you can get delicious food here. Please come eat here and enjoy food like you remember.“

“I went on vacation and forgot to order my daughter’s birthday cake ahead of time. The day before her birthday, I stopped at Baskin-Robbins, but unfortunately, the cakes were already pre-made and they couldn’t add the “Happy Birthday” message. The staff was so polite and helpful and even directed me to a Dairy Queen about 15 minutes away.
When we got to Dairy Queen, my daughter found an Oreo cake she absolutely loved, so that was already a win! Then she asked, “Dad, can I get Happy Birthday on it?” I asked the young lady at the counter, and she explained that the decorator had already left for the day, but she offered to give us something we could use to write on the cake ourselves. I completely understood since it was after 6:30 PM, and I appreciated her kindness.
Then, sitting in a booth nearby, was Ms. Tamara. I had no idea she worked there. She asked what my daughter wanted written on the cake. My daughter said, “Happy Birthday” and her name. Ms. Tamara simply said, “I’ll do it.”
The cashier even asked her, “Do you know how to do it?” Ms. Tamara just looked at her and smiled. 😂
When the cake came back, it was PERFECT! It was exactly what my daughter wanted and perfect for a preteen. ❤
Sometimes it’s the simplest acts of kindness that create the best memories. Ms. Tamara didn’t have to do that, but she chose to. As a nurse, I know firsthand that sometimes helping someone doesn’t have to be something huge it’s about showing kindness when you have the opportunity.
Ms. Tamara, you truly saved the day for us. You helped make my daughter’s birthday special, and I appreciate you more than you know.

“I visited the Taco Bell in Sevierville and had a good experience overall. The staff was welcoming and provided good customer service, and the restaurant was clean. The vegetarian options had good portions, and the fries were especially fresh and well-prepared compared to other locations I’ve tried. However, the veg chalupa had a slightly bitter taste, as if it had been fried earlier and reheated. Despite this, the overall experience was positive.“

“Arrived between 5:30-6. Staff was friendly fer sure! Food was fresh. Actually seen 3 dishes refreshed during our short stay. The food is amazing. Quality is above average. We ordered 3 plates all with different options. Once home we all tried everything. The 3 of us were extremely impressed with taste, quality and quantity. Anyone who complained about this fine inexpensive dining is looking for something to complain about!!!!

“The two employees were swarmed by online orders people getting upset.I don’t agree Friday night two people there were at least 15 online orders plus customers in the store waiting I was there about 45 minutes my order was two foot longs the young man did a great job under all the circumstances .Lady came in after I arrived to a mess she started with the online orders.I do plan on calling corporate.
