(Just an FYI, most websites say this location closes at 10pm, but they close at 9pm everyday except Saturdays. They do close at 10pm on Saturday!) I've got to give a shoutout to the lady working tonight 3/26/23. I didn't catch her name, but my husband ordered online and I ended up having car trouble. The service has certainly improved and Nikki was great conversation and very attentive. She made a darn good sandwich and I enjoyed every bite. I will return again in betwixt my travels of Knoxville and Sevierville

The service and quality at this subway has improved drastically in recent months. Rose is always friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in being neat and I have also noticed her taking extra time to train new staff members. Until the recent changes I have been skeptical about visiting this location. Now I seek it out.
