“Our experience at Olive Garden was excellent. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, but what truly made the difference was Miguel's outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a smile, great charisma, and a genuinely friendly attitude.
Miguel was attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel welcome the entire time. He is professional, kind, and has a positive energy that makes the dining experience even better.

“The lady (I wish I would have gotten her name. She had short dark hair) that took our order was super nice and friendly. She was very patient with us because we had 4 kids with us. The food was really good. My kids finished their entire meal. They also said the chicken strips were delicious. We will definitely be coming back when we are out here.“

“My daughter’s dad passed away unexpectedly in April of 2026. This vacation was necessary. This vacation was centered around my daughter. This was our first experience for a real vacation. “We were in on Thursday November 15th around 5pm. The young man that took our order was super!!! Extremely pleasant. As my wife and I left we both said “ Now that’s customer service!” and makes you want to return. Wished we got his name to post. If I’m not mistaken I think he helped train in the Bristol, VA location when it opened.“

“The food was really good chicken was perfectly brined. Sides were very good. The price was very fair especially being located within a theme park. Chicken sandwhich was a 7 out of 10. Fried chicken plate was perfect the gravy was not too salty and complemented the platter well 9.5 out of 10. The Fried pork plate was a little dry the bacon gravy helped alot and was tasty 7 out of 10. Wedge salad was fresh and worth the price 8 out of 10. The fried green tomatoes could have been be better. The balsamic vinegar used was a little overpowering. The mozzarella cheese was high quality and fresh.“

“Ordered online as we were leaving Dollywood, pizza was ready in 10 minutes which worked perfectly as we had hungry kids after a long park day! Pizza was fantastic, even my picky eaters loved it. The wings were fantastic as well. They have something for everyone not just pizza!“
