The pasta was perfectly cooked (true al dente), the sauces were rich and well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh — not overly salted or heavy like many places. You can tell attention is paid to ingredients and preparation. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust with just the right chew, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality. So much so, that we had ordered, observed, etc. and I specifically went out of my way to find out a name. When the wonderful young gentleman called out another members food in our group, I said, look at his name tag, get me a name! Nathan!!! He was exceptional from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful, working on whatever he could between orders!! He needs a promotion!!! Team player and takes pride in his work!!!! You don’t find that very often in fast food anymore!“
