I was asking about the salad and wanted to make sure my salad didn't have the bread on the salad, since I have an allergy to Gluten. He made sure to also take off the fried onions so I was safe and also went straight back to his manager and cooks before completing the order, so everyone knew about the allergy.
He bagged our food separately as well.
