“The worker made the wrong pizza by accident and without even asking gave us the pizza that was made complimentary and remade our correct pizza. Excellent service and the pizza was in the running for the best I've eaten. Highly recommended.“
“Good pizza for a decent price. Topping are a little lite. Busy Friday night when we went and they were short handed so walk in carryout took about 30 minutes. Call ahead for faster service or choose delivery. Had Pizza, Calzone & Chessy Bread. All Delicious“
“Stopped over the weekend and had a great experience! Seems like there has been a positive change in management because service and cleanliness were much better than my previous visit. The food was fresh too. The staff was very friendly and they seemed to enjoy serving me. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.“
“I had an amazing visit. I was alone with my young siblings and the costumer made some rude comments to me as I was ordering. The worker saw and gave us an extra drink for free since we only got three for the four of us. As he was cleaning he came up to us and apologized for the rude costumer and he said he told the costumer what he did and it was not right. Then he gave us some extra sauces. I would have left a tip but I didn’t have any cash.Kid-friendliness: Worker was really nice!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough area for a wheelchair“
“5 stars all the way around! They were BUSY when I was there, and the staff was polite and efficient. I picked up a family pack for my husband and kids, and ordered a grilled chicken breast for myself (I have celiac, so I can't eat their fried chicken). They were kind enough to cut it up for me so I could easily eat it without getting a knife! We come here often, usually for takeout, and we have always had a great experience even if we have to wait a bit when they are busy. The excellent service is always worth waiting for! ❤️ The crew working the evening shift tonight deserves a bonus!Dietary restrictions: I found GF options from the Bojangles website, and they are always happy to accommodate so that I can eat with my family!“
“I had never been to a Blaze pizza before and a friend of mine told me about Pi Day, (03-14) where you get a pizza for $3.14, so I figured why not. And while the wait was extremely long on that day I had to stop and think about what a LONG day it must have been for the employees. That being said I was really impressed by the super friendly greeting I got as I ordered my pizza that day. Rob had a huge smile on his face and asked me how I was doing, my response was "probably better than you, you guys are working so hard!" Haley then joined in on speaking to me and was also happy and friendly while making my pizza, but I learned that both of them had to open and close the restaurant that day. WOW, that is such a long day on a regular day, forget a day like this where their volume is probably tripled. Yet, these two people both were smiling and chatting and treating me so nicely despite the fact that I am sure they were hot, tired, and ready to go home. I also want to mention that they had a guy greeting people at the door that evening and kind of preparing to shift the line and keep the entrance clear, I didn't catch his name but he was also funny and helpful and making conversation and answering questions for the guests. While I am a super picky pizza person and wasn't overly excited by the food, yes it was good, but it wasn't over the top good, I found their customer service to be exceptional! Thanks Rob and Haley and door-man for making my first experience at Blaze a good one. I guess I will have to go back and try some of the other food and give the pizza at least one more try, on a day where they aren't bogged down with a line wrapped around the building :)“
“We ordered two pizzas that came out quickly, with Arabic bread and hummus as an appetizer. All were very accommodating, helpful, and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and it had a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and this is truly a hidden gem in Alcoa!Vegetarian options: Hummus and veggies, salads, and cheese pizza.Kid-friendliness: Easy and kid friendly, especially with speedy food service.“
“Had the Veggie Sandwich with potato salad for lunch today. Ummm good! Loved the crisp vegetables especially avocado, sliced tomato and cucumber slices. Bell pepper slices were also tasty as was the bread. Not sure what red powder was sprinkled on the potato salad but it all tasted good. Zingy tasting dill pickle was good also.Vegetarian options: Veggie spuds and Veggie sandwich.“
“Their pizza are this or hand tossed the sauce is very tasty with a hint of sweetness I have tried different places and most of them give heartburn this is one that does not and that's a big plus the crust is just right even the next day.the pizzas were ready when they said it would so it makes it no time loss in“
“This was our first time trying Foothills Milling Co. We had no reservation and the front staff was very accommodating. We were sat in the bar area almost immediately and it was lovely. Hannah N. was our waitress. She was so very pleasant and made us feel like we were the only ones she was waiting on. My wife and I ordered the dry aged NY strip steak. We are both steak lovers and can tell you where to go for great steak. We always compare every steak to our best steak. Although this was not the best steak WE have had, It was the first dry aged steak we had and it had a unique flavor that we both enjoyed very much. They also have there own in house steak sauce that I felt took away from the flavor of the steak but on its own was delicious. All the sauces that we tasted throughout the evening were delightful. In addition to the steak we also tried the lobster crab cakes and they we so delicate and delicious. Three sauces came with the cakes. The sides were a spinach casserole and a potato au gratin. Both were very good. As we were waiting, our wonderful waitress Hannah brought us a delicious basket of bread, a treat from the chef and a palate cleansing lemon sorbet prior to our steaks arrival. As far as the price, it is exactly what I would expect to pay for a good steak and the steak was the most expensive thing on the menu so do not be afraid to give them a try. I will defiantly be visiting more often.A special shout out to our waitress Hannah, If I am ever in the position to higher someone with people skills such as yours, You have the job.Parking: 2 parking lots, 3 if you count the one in the back but I do not.“
