“We came in this past Sunday morning (07/13/25) around 10:30 and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The manager was very nice, and allowed us to make a grilled chicken substitution on the loaded fries for dietary needs when we had been rudely told by a belligerent employee at another location that it could not be made (Clinton Highway). Since that prior experience at the other location, our expectations had been low, but the customer service, food service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at this location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!“

“I love this place! Healthy choices and a unique menu with plenty of options to customize your meal. I typically order the kids meal which is an afforable option for a light lunch and comes with a drink. The cucumber mint is my favorite drink and I always get the pita chips with crazy feta and skhug sauce. We tried the cinnamon pita chips today with honey. Perfect ending to a great meal. Thankful to my daughter in law for introducing me to CAVA.“

“Cava has a great variety of items to select from. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients. However if you know what authentic falafel tastes like skip their falafel.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“I recently stopped in at the local OG and had a heck of a time. I sat up at the bar and was served by the best bartender west of 275, Jill. I chose the delectable never ending soup, salad, and breadsticks, where I ate a bowl of every soup on the menu (A term I coined “The Gauntlet”). Needless to say this was a 10:10 experience and I can’t wait to run it back when the never ending pasta returns!“

“CFA almost always does a great job, but this one is a cut above. The food was on par with what you expect (excellent), but the service and facilities are exceptional. SO clean and constantly being cleaned with care, including the bathrooms. The servers are great, especially Ms. Janice. She does a great job taking care of customers and connecting with them. “We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. However, I accidentally left my purse at the table and only realized it once we got home. When I called the restaurant, I was relieved to hear they had found my bag. With our upcoming move, their prompt assistance saved me a tremendous amount of hassle in replacing everything. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness!“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“Most popular chicken fast food in our area because of the fast service and friendly smiles and great attitudes of their employees. Ordered the fried nugget meal with fries and a sun joy drink (half lemonade and half sweet tea). Very tasty and salted perfectly. So good with their chick fil a sauce too. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women's bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.“

“Urban is my favorite bar in Knoxville!!! Food is actually so good and great prices. One of the better places to eat in Knoxville period, not even by bar food standards. Lots of specials on weekday and happy hours. Great place for cheap beers and hanging with friends. I love using the photo booth and have a lot of great memories with friends here!!! Only warning is that it is smoker friendly, so if you are sensitive to smoke, stay out on the patio!“

The potato soup that I ordered with my sandwich tasted nothing like potatoe soup.
