“I absolutely love the friendly staff, the homemade bread, delicious sandwiches, generous salads, the tamales with chili… it’s all so delicious! The Southern Plate with chicken salad and pasta salad is my favorite!“

“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“We needed a burger and a quick old fashioned! This place was packed and they still turned out our food and drinks fast! The well whiskey was good too. I should have gotten the whiskey flight! Buffalo trace , welled reserve, Blanton’s, and to finish it off with some Taylor! Man, that sounded like a great choice! This is place is on my Must revisit!“

“I do recommend Cava and was only given the option to recommend or not recommend. BUT it would be helpful if they would post updated hours when closing early (which I have ran into on multiple occasions) to their website or social media platforms. There have also been occasions where they stopped online orders early and were out of ingredients when we went in store close to closing. But overall I do love having food from here. It is delicious and easy to pick up even until the 9 o’clock hour- usually.“

“Cava has a great variety of items to select from. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients. However if you know what authentic falafel tastes like skip their falafel.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“We came in tonight around 7:30ish. We got sat at the bar area, and our servers name is Abby. She is absolutely amazing! I think she is one of the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant. She still brought amazing, fast, friendly service even when she had a rough day going on. She is so dedicated to work, and creating a great environment to dine with as well. “We decided to grab food here last minute. We were seated right way, brought drinks and a salad. The bread took a little longer but not that much longer. And the place was very busy. So that was understandable. Our waiter was so great. Such a great personality, checked on us regularly, and was very personable! I believe his name was Joseph, (I hope that was correct). We sat to the right when you walk in to the area with center tables on the bar side booth at the back. I hope that made sense ha! I just want the waiter to get the credit he deserves! He deserves a raise! And our food came out quickly as well. I got the shrimp and chicken carbonara and my husband got the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini both were so great!“

“I routinely frequent this location and have nothing but great things to say. Especially lately. Customer service is amazing. And huge shout out to the lady that is always working drive thru in the am. I am ashamed to say I don't know her name but she is the best!! I usually hate when places have people taking your order vs the intercom but I look forward to seeing her.“

“One of the best places we have ate at in a long time! The food was delicious, pur server, Chloe, was amazing, and the atmosphere was calm (loud but thats expected at a bar) and everyone was having fun, prices were great! We will definitely be going back!

UPDATE: Went back tonight and it was not as good as the 1st time! Asked for a margarita and it was so overpowered with pinapple juice it didnt taste anything like a classic margarita! When mentioning it to the waitress, she did ask if we wanted her to remake it or if it was drinkable! She was very friendly. The food was a bit more salty than need be this time as well. 1st visit was 5/5, 2nd visit im saying 3/5. We will come back to give them another chance in the hopes that tonight was just an off night or maybe new employees or something beyond their control.“

“Visited this location 17aug2025. There were only three people on staff but they were very professional, very fast and very organized. I was surprised the older lady with the burgundy hair. I didn't get her name but she was very very nice. The younger lady with the dark hair and the tall gentleman all were excellent. I commend them and I thank them for their professionalism“
